Do I need to re-register as it wont let me in?

yes re register at the above website address
  • Further to my previous postings, I asked for a bit of clarification from Head Office and received the following:

    *****

    From: customer.service@tesco.co.uk

    Thank you for your reply.

I fully appreciate your comments. We aim to provide the best possible service for our customers and any feedback or suggestions made are always very welcome.

Providing the expiry date of an offer is clearly visible, we can continue to sell the product even if this date has passed.

The relevant department dealing with such matters has been notified and I can assure you that this will be taken on board at the next review meeting. I cannot guarantee that action will be taken, however your views and comments are invaluable to us.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us at customer.service@tesco.co.uk quoting xxx.

    Kind Regards

i think a portfolio should be made up of ood sels that still sell at the advertised price.
if they are consistent with every product then i can maybe understand why an offer isnt valid at the end of sale date but
there are toasters and kettles still scanning at the offer price even though the sel is out of date
all the ipods have out of sels but still scanning at the sel price
maybe HO should consider this when disputing ood sels

As i understand it Channel 4s Dispatches programme is due to run a prog on Tesco,i hear there is some very nervous bods at Mr Ts.:)

I would think this is more likely to be about use of sweatshops to make own label clothing than overpricing policies...

I doubt that this holds true where there is no other price information other than the offer price e.g. game of the week poster but no SEL on display.

(I'm presuming that they mean 'continue to sell the product at the higher, non-offer price'
