Tesco misprice discussion area part 16

The bizarre thing is I picked up three Nintendo DS games today on R&R with no problem at all. Guess what? Out of date offer!
I've written back anyway, as HO's reply waffles on about labels when my query was about a poster offer (there was no label or SEL). Not going to bother with TS though, just get a refund and carry on R&Ring...0 -

Guy's, don't lose sight off the issue. I've corrected my original error. TescoEmployee, what's your view on out of date offers? Do you usually honour them or try the "out of date" argument?0 -
TescoEmployee wrote:I appreciate that but i don't feel there is any need to post someones full name and place of work on a forum which is viewed by half a million people when they are unaware of it and for the record despite disgruntled customers demanding i never give out my full name - I always tell them my first name and postion in the store as i can be 'traced' by H/O from that information alone if need be.
Fair enough, they've removed the names anyway.
I think there are quite a few misprices out there today mate !0 -

Obviously i can't nor would i want to comment on your paticular 'case' but i have never personally refused an R+R on these grounds (Even though i may be tempted:o )Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

There is not really any need for the above comment - As i said before i have NEVER refused an R+R on a product with an OOD SEL regardless of the product value - I have however called H/O in the past just to get back up on the decision to offer an R+R on a high value product.Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
