You'll have me looking sucpiciously at every customer of that description now - I'll have to use the 'I'll just refund the difference shall i sir' line to get you going;)Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

If you are young I would say- whats that ? your policy says and quote it word for word.
If you look a bit more mature
I would say- I couldn't help but noticing your policy written on that blue sign, I may even slip in the Prunella Scales advert.
I always end by saying- "Thank you very much indeed, you've been most helpful"and ask them to confirm their name as recognition for excellent service.
Of course if they're rude, then its a different matter
Anyway- have to go, wish me luck0 -
I popped my cherry today but could not retern the item as the manager said that the refund was at his disgression. He said he would let me retern but I would have to give the refund back. Is this guy in the right or blagging it???0

Well said.
I've also noticed a few 'duff' posts recently.
I like to think that these are errors as opposed to any nefarious activities...
Please only post mis-prices based on fact - if you think you have found a mis-price but have not confirmed it for whatever reason please make this clear.
