  • Does anyone know if the stores have a limit for R&R refunds. My hubbie got told today that the duty manager needs to speak to head office to authorise a larger amount to be refunded...never heard this before. Anyone else?

I've just found a big misprice, should I

    a) tell the store that they may want to remove the POS that is OOD

    or

    b) get the r&r and donate the proceeds to Every penny Helps (to further the cause and stop stupid posts about whoring)

    my conscience says "a"

I remember not so long ago, your new best mate TE, left us with a post similar to this, describing a "big electrical misprice" but wouldnt say any more. I thought you were one of the posters who agreed he was baiting and goading, for this type of release.........and we branded him a troll.

Don't you remember this ginjim, cheapie, MUNT, there were a few of us involved.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

There is no 'limit' but if its for a large amount its always best to cover your !!!! and get back up from H/O.

Leadhead, i do feel that what is happening between you and wlfc should be taken to pm, it isnt really adding to the discussion, just seems a bit of a personal battle.

 I think i DID say faulty goods are due a refund, a retailer does not have to refund you if for example it was the wrong colour, size etc. They do so as a good will gesture.

Quite agree Zara, but when they make it part of their policy as below, it becomes an enticemment to buy, influencing a customers decision, so IMHO, becomes part of the transaction, and would stand up in court as "store law".

So should be carried out regardless of whether the item has been RandRed.... which is only a bribe to avoid TS action anyway.

I was winding up TE, haven't r&r'd today, although I did spot a few - hoping to bag some tomorrow further afield. I would hope that my posts show that I usually say what I please, although I could probably do with being told to shut up now and again. When TE was posting earlier the posts were a lot calmer than I've seen before and I hoped it was a change for the better.

Please don't involve me in any arguing - I will post as I please.
