But what does the save £20 SEL actually say? I thought when I read it a couple of weeks ago that a misprice on that offer would only get you a free game? Anyone know the exact wording or have a photo of the SEL?

Don't want a stampede of 'I wanna xbox' newbies if there is not actually one to be had....

It was pointed out earlier in the thread a couple of weeks ago that the the POS was specifically worded to avoid giving away xboxes in the event of a misprice. Good luck with your xboxes, i think posts such as the above are more than a little sad though....

Indeed correct - The POS has been worded in such a way to prevent an R+R on an 'X-Box' - You will not be getting overcharged on an X-Box just the game.

Sorry Postie (:cool: ) i don't remember the exact wording of the POS as it was taken down yesterday in the store im at but it was worded in such a way to prevent people claiming an O/C on the actual console - The offer relates to the game rather than the console, meaning you are indeed charged the correct price for the console but an incorrect price for the game.

I guess that it shows peoples true colours and their main motivations all too clearly. Bring back ben500 and munt....the days of debate, disagreement and opinion passing. Nowadays all we get is moneygrabbing and boasting.

Thats why the 'Tesco have been overcharging people for years - Im just getting my own back' claims always make me laugh - At the end of the day none of the R+Rers want Tesco to get their prices right as much as they say they would as it would take away the need for R+R. People are now actively checking when promotions finish so they can pounce on them to try and get a R+R.
