There's some severe bickering going on.
Thanks but no thanks.

Aren't you coming back either ginjimshop-to-drop wrote:I clicked on this post to get Tesco tips but have been trailing through post after post of people getting abusive to one another. Guess it's probably tit for tat but it is really a waste of peoples time who are genuinely interested in getting useful information from this post. If there are any moderators out there who can delete the trashy posts it would be appreciated.
Unfortunately if youve only read the last couple of days posts, then I will acccept a lot of the blame for this.
On both ocassions may I say tho.....both the OP's that kicked it off, hadnt posted for a while, came on and stirred something up that had "run out of steam" a while ago.......and brought an old argument to the forfront.
When this thread is on song..its brilliant.
When it goes bad....unfortunately you are correct........its terrible.
We have individuals still on this thread who can (correctly) answer most Tesco related questions.
If you wish to look at another site.....try here......

Its been set up by one really experienced and trusted MSE RandRer and his friends.
One of their rules is no "arguing" or "un nice" behaviour.
That seems to take away peoples personalities and subdues them.....but makes it easier to read, although there isnt much info in it yet.
There doesnt seem to be much "deep and meaningful" questions and answers either.....but its early days.
And if you dont want to talk about Tesco related things......you can always talk about anything you wish.....football, cars, websites etc.
Anyway......neither of you appear to have posed a question or had a query, if you were to, I'm sure it would be answered constructively on here.
Same applies to below as wellMrsTee wrote:I'm always wary about posting on this thread, worried that my question will get lost in all the abusive posts. Luckily this hasn't happened, but I've no doubt it will one day.Couponing....."every little hurts"

Are you able to clarify what constitutes a 'load' ? I only use 1 or 2 at a time and I've salved my conscience with the thought that if they scan at the till it should be OK.ELITE 5:2

A 'load' can be as little as 1 - It depends on the Front End SEMsStand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

What s/he said.Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -
Stores must have differing opinions of what constitutes "a load" just the same as they have differing opinions on what constitutes "Bulk" in their "Bulk buy" policy (in some cases 1 item!)Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0

The company guideline for Bulk Buying is 10, but again the store can use its own descretion, On the purchase of mobile phones the bulk buying policy is supposed to be a maximum of 3Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

I've been in a few stores now that have even had signs up (tasteful A4 lasercopied pages) that say they have a bulk buy policy of one item, when challenged on this, they said it only applies to refunds!?!?!?
So if you bought more than one of a mispriced item, you would get R&R on one then they would only give the difference on the other (or a normal refund)
It just makes me laugh when stores/employees accuse R&Rers of abusing the policy but feel its ok to abuse the policy in their favour!Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0
