I suspect the site is in the process of being updated. American Pie still showsNormally dispatched within 1 working day. We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas

Nope. Join the club. I get countless PM's daily...I think its the danger that is so attractive. Cos we is so Evil...I know Spa and TE have the same problem.
Have to beat them off with a stick some days
Edit....elements of the above post are untrue for the sake of Comedy.
Oh ok...all of it is slightly left of honest :rolleyes:Who or what was I before you came in to my life

Constantine wrote:I don't see Gina of Course!'s posts as Trollish. And his/her posts have not been before. I just see a (fairly) old post being quoted and an opinion being offered.
I did post about it at the time...along the same lines tbh. My posts represent me, not anyone else's.
Yes...a fairly old post....which both you and Spa had more or less said the same about TE......which i was applauding.
Tonights poster, gave an opinon, onthat single line only, not the discussion that came before that.
When i tried to explain the discussion, it was met with an attitude that wasnt going to listen (trollish).
As you say above "I did post about it at the time...along the same lines tbh"
which backs up my explanation to "her"..........but she wasnt prepared to listen (again trollish).......and continued to argue, about something "I didnt say" (again trollish)Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Can not really comment as the relevant posts seem to have been deleted somehow.
I can comment on what a Troll is - and it is NOT someone who has an opinion that is counter to yours.
Did you like the bit of bold there?
Did you have a nice Christmas? I think I have done more hours today than on any work day in the last 3 weeks....and that's going some!Who or what was I before you came in to my life

I did like the "bit of bold" and do agree with your explanation.
I dont call people trolls for having a different opinion.
I do however call people trolls who dont listen, and insist on the same opinion, without listening to the explanation........
These people seem to have a "set" opinion, no matter the explanation.
As I was the OP....the explanation I gave was correct, and backed it up with both Spa2k's and your comments.........but it seemed to go in one ear and out the other.
I had a great Christmas Day thanks....indulged too much......but it wouldnt be Christmas without some over indulgence.
I hope you are well compensated for you having to work today, I would imagine most of the members on here would imagine Tesco Managers to be off on Christmas Day.Couponing....."every little hurts"

Oh I was off...just seemed to have put in longer hours and harder work than
I would have done at work! This Family lark seems very time consuming...suppose it would have been easier if they had actually seen me for more than 5 minutes in the last month

Well my OH has given me a receipt for 2 tins of chocs that were on offer for £10 and he was charged £15. OFCOURSE he didnt notice cause he thought he was doing great by just noticing they were 2 for £10.
Rang the shop but they refused to do anything about it saying that he couldnt have been overcharged because the offer changed at midnight the date he bought them.
Looks like I need to take him on a training mission very soon lol:rotfl:The curve that can set a lot of things straight is a smile0 -

Unfortunately if theres no evidence, there nothing you can do.
Some of the CS still believe that "they dont get it wrong".
There still maybe a £10 POS or SEL about tomorrow as theyre not the best at removing all of them.
As you say, the training mission could start with an "always check your receipt just after the tills", and then "follow the CS to the offending SEL".Couponing....."every little hurts"
