    Morning all :D

    Happy Birthday Quasar

Congrats on the 1000th post Kaz :)

Not a good start to the moggins household this morning, didn't get to sleep until 1am as there was too much stuff going through my head (eg, was I still missing many pressies) then the cat had hidden in our room and had an explosive attack of diaorhea right in the middle of the bedroom floor 2 hours after I finally got to sleep. After chasing the cat outdoors and cleaning the carpet I finally got back to sleep at 4.30am.

Now I have to sort out the freezer as I am doing an Iceland shop this afternoon, then go buy a christmas tree all before 3pm as DH has a dentists appointment so I have to be there for the school run.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning everyone :)

    Happy Birthday Quasar

Congrats on your 1000th Kazonline :D

Hope your rabbit perks up Crazychik

Still not feeling good. I guess I have this winter vomiting bug as I haven't held anything down since friday. I have been very dehydrated so trying to drink lots of fluid.

Pennywatcher - Ds had exactly the same thing last week. Tonsilitus AND vomiting.

We slept in this morning, ds has his last day today and has to leave the house at 8.35am. We woke up at 8.15  . Had to get him changed, make breakfasts, wrap pressie for teacher, packed lunch and write 2 letters for him to take to school . I love my oh very much but when it comes to domesticity he is awful. I ask him to get ds changed and he puts him in a pair of shorts (this is also the guy who asked me if he needed to wash a can of baked beans yesterday). Anyway the boys have left and Oh is going to the gym so a bit of peace for dd and I. Oh starts his new job 2 weeks today so need to make the most of him whilst we can.

I still can't really do much today. I need to get OH to go to the post office for me and the shops. Christmas cards need to be posted and OH can sort himself out for dinner.

Have a good day everyone. Hugs to all that need them.

  • Morning Everyone

Cold and wet here this morning and the traffic to w*** was really heavy. Feel shattered this morning and yet had a good 8 hours sleep

Me and OH are out a lot this week, so I haven't bothered making a meal plan. We'll just grab something snacky as and when we're in.

Popped into Tesco's yesterday, it was rammed. Couples had 2 trolleys each filled to the brim and people fighting over the reduced stuff (which was rubbish IMO). I bought a Xbox game for Mr LMLOD, some choccies for a friend and a few nibbley bits for the evenings we're in over Christmas and may have friends round.

    L - Soup
    D - Baked Spuds & Beans

Have a lovely day everyone xxx

    Morning all

Havent read the thread yet will do later when I watch Christmas Cooks on ITV. Feeling much more myself this morning, had a good weep when I saw my sister yesterday which she joined in with, its stupid but it seemed to help that somebody else was upset. Later on we put up the xmas decorations, DD was absolutley entranced by the lights , it makes it all worth while.

Today I need to get ontop of the housework and do some washing as none of us have anything to wear. Hopefully I'll have time to give the food cupboard and fridge out in the kitchen, tomorrow I'm going to Tesco to do my big shop then I will only need to get veg from the farmshop on Saturday.

    have a good day everyone

    Back again. :D

Oh it's so nice to sit back and have a surf & a bit of a veg out. DH has gone up to the house to put some more doors on the kitchen and unpack some gear that we got. I'm having the night off. Congratulations Kaz on 1000 posts.
Tomorrow's plans are to paint and to make my aberdeen sausages.

JackieO Great news that Tilly is off the ventilator. :T

    I've been Money Tipped!
    :santa2: Morning!

Today should be my last days shopping and only for a few things (like gravy powder - thanks Jackie-O:D ) and then I'm done unless I feel really brave and try for some last minute bargains Christmas Eve afternoon.

Joannas Mum :grouphug: Cry all you want to love, it will do you the world of good, far better than keeping it all in. Sounds like you have a lovely supportive sister as well.

Decoration for today - day 18 is a Christmas bell!

Finished the 3rd fluffy scarf last night! :j I am really pleased with them and have now started one for myself ;) I love this wool and will go back to Wilkinsons for some more soon to make some fluffy cushions.

    :bdaycake: Happy Birthday Quaser!

    Have a good day everyone!

    Hi everyone,

Had a lovely day in London. Took DS, DD and respective partners to lunch then wandered round Columbia Rd Flower Market - it's a good job I don't live nearby because I'd spen a fortune every week. Went to Dennis Severs House (an old Huguenot house dressed up in character, then wandered around Spitalfields market.

However, the house is a mess and i'm back at w*r*. I was late this morning because I was another one fruitlessly trying to ring the doctor this morning.

Plans for today when w*r* doesn't interfere. Clean the kitchen and bathroom, tidy living room, wrap DH's presents before he gets home and go to weightwatchers meeting. I don't think I'll have lost anything after yeaterdays lunch (and the chinese meal we had on Saturday, whoops).

Happy birthday Quasar and congrats Kaz.

  • Morning all!!!

    Happy birthday Quasar! :bdaycake:

Congrats to kazonline for your 1000th post!!:T

Hugs to Penny Watcher on your huge Xmas!!! Was very funny to read though!

Love the sound of your Sunday catowen, I might have to borrow that idea over the hols!!!

I hope your DDs nativity goes well tired mum, that's soooo sweet!

Big hugs to Mrs A. that sounds exhaustingly busy!!!

I don't know if nay of you like Hugh F-W's programs, but my mum said he's on every morning at 10:30 over the hols, I'll check which channel if anyone's interested. I love the dry humour!

At w*** today, but my boss is out and there's not much for me to do, and not much enthusiasm for what there is to do after the announcements last week about us being sold.

    Much love to all!
