Problems with cake toppers CO. - need advice

    Has anyone else has this problem with this co? I love the product and was so excited about receiving them. I am utterly gutted and its just one more thing to worry about leading up to the big day that i could really do without. At this late stage i am not going to be able to find alternatives that im completely happy with and have already paid for these ones from BB.

    Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated. :(

    thank you for letting everyone know that the toppers are fantastic, please note that last year in my son was being buillied abdly at school, my daughter had a major asthma attack in april with illness to follow, june i had to have an operation on my carpal tunnel, every single time i moved my hand it killed me, I HAVE TO WORK TO GET MONEY, PLEASE DONT TRY AND SHUT DOWN MY USINESS, MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WILL BE AT NURSERY IN SEPTEMBER AND I AM PRAYING TO GET MORE TIME TO WORK, MY SCULPTURES ARE FANTASTIC AND I AM SO VERY VRY SORRY FOR THE DELAY AND THE COMMUNICATION, BUT I WORK ALONE, PLUS I HAVE TRAVELLED UP THE COUNTRY TO GET TOPPERS DELIVERED OR SENT MY £150.00 COURIER, I AM NOT A SCAM ARTIST I AM THE BEST TOPPER MAKER IN ENGLAND, i dont want to scrounge off the country so i work for my self BUT ITS SOOOOOO HARD WHEN YOU HAVE SO MANY PROBBLEMS, xxxxx

    Hope the other brides who are having problems get their toppers in time for their big day!! I'm just glad this stress is now all over and I can get on with enjoying my wedding planning. :T

    due to the fact I own a business am quite aware of the situations of delayed toppers last year, i do check the internet to ensure that any comments made i can act on, please read all my replies and you will see why these people were delayed a month I should have cancelled the orders and told them to go elsewehere, xxx

    u didnt have to threaten me to get toppers, the toppers are posted when i was able to, no less no more, I DO NOT HAVE TO BE THREATENED I AM NOT A SCAM ARTIST!!! AND DO NOT STEAL PEOPLES MONEY!     If she is recovering from an opp she really should not have been accepting any orders, unacceptable.

    My wedding is in less than 10 days on (2nd of September)
    We went for the platimum toppers as I really wanted the figures to be a supprise to guests and give an added wow factor to the cake. it cost little over £170 for me groom and flower girl, & the worse thing is we have no time to order one from another company.

    The service at the beginning was quick and friendly but now I am disgusted with it.

    I hope that I do recieve them but I will not recommend them.

    we shall see if they are answering new order enquiries and just ignoring you, or if they arent answering anyone,

    Please read my replies as my son was being bullied badly at school so much i had to take him out, he is 7, my daughter had a major asthma attack in arpil had to stay in hospital for a week and june I had surgery on my carpal tunnel, you should have had an email telling you all this, you did get your toppers, they were fantastic and cheap and i am so sorry about my communication, BUT PLEASE DONT TRY AND SHUT MY BUSINESS DOWN!
