Problems with cake toppers CO. - need advice

dont know what to say- other than its completly poor from her side- espically as curious got a reply
can you set up a new email address and ask her to contact you via that-- new enquiry or something?

I sent her email via eBay today asking her to contact me, still no reply!! Got a friend to send a request for info, she hasn't heard anything back yet . I can appreciate it when ppl are busy, I have a busy job myself but two missed delivery dates, 7 emails later and no reply...I am dumbfounded!!!

I'm just starting to look to get our cake toppers. I will drop her an enquiry and see if I get a reply.

Edit: Just realised this was on the list of possibles so I hope it just a glitch and hopefully you get your cake toppers soon!

Hi Ladies

I am not sure if anyone else has but I have just had a reply from Kerry after I had contacted Paypal about getting a refund, now I know it shouldn't have taken this but I get married on 9th july s was panicking! She said she is really struggling as has had surgery on her hand plus other problems and someone should be answering emails, so I did mention she may need to get someone else.

Now she has said I will deinitely still receive my cake toppers and should be this week so i will update you once I receive them.

I hope it all works out ok for you all as well and that the toppers are as good as we all hoped.

Badbaker, thanks for letting us know. I really hope you get your cake toppers in time for your wedding. I am awaiting delivery of mine after going to extreme measures to get KErry to respond to
my emails. I remain extremely disappointed with the customer service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone after this experience, which is a real shame because I think they are great designs. But unfortunately my experience has been enough to put me off for life (

3rd delivery date missed... :mad: This is totally beyond a joke now..anyone received there's yet after ???

Well on Saturday morning, approx 44 days after the original delivery date, 10 ignored emails (bar one in which i had to threaten to take things further), one sent letter and three missed delivery dates my cake toppers eventually arrived..yeeah!!

They are lovely which is why i ordered them from Boogie Babys in the first place. But unfortunately I would finally like to pass on a word of caution to any brides who are thinking of using Boogie Babys.

Whilst the product is great, if you struggle with the unknown, get frustrated when ppl dont reply to your emails, or hate it when ppl say sorry but make lots of excuses about not communicating and then treat you as if you should be grateful for the "cheap" price you have paid for a product....then consider, reconsider and.... reconsider once again before you decide to use this company.

Maybe out of the wedding season these problems may not have occurred but nevertheless business is business and there is no excuse for ignoring your customers... it only takes a moment to send an email and had this happened this situation would have been easily resolved.

Hope the other brides who are having problems get their toppers in time for their big day!! I'm just glad this stress is now all over and I can get on with enjoying my wedding planning. :T
