Very mixed message, Melanie - one minute you're thanking them, next minute you're saying how disappointed you are. Personally, I do not want other people apologising on my behalf as I was one of those people worrying about my order, which I believe is my right!!
No offence is intended.:T Benjamin has won!!! Am soooo proud. Thank you to everyone who agreed my baby was the cutiest. Want to go round and hug everyone who voted, it means so much to me!:A0 -
No where in my message did it say that i was apologising on anyones behalf never mind my own. If you can find the apology in there let me know?? It was not a mixed message it was quite simple really, I was thanking him on behalf of myself for trying so hard but expressing my dissapointment with adams as a company.
Gosh what the hell is wrong with this board lately:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
Still no sign of my parcel so they can't have sent it by next day delivery as it would have been here by now!:mad:0

I'm getting really p---ed offnow. I got the email on 18/12 to say it had been dispatched and would be with me within 1-2 days and the money was taken from my account on 19/12 - still nothing  I'm in N Ireland - has anyone else had a delivery to N I? I have ordered pj's for my kids which I "send" to them from Santa on the night before Christmas eve - they need to be here tomorrow or I'm snookered and will have to go and buy some and I really don't want to go near any more shops.
I am another customer who will definately think twice about ordering online from Adams in the future - the £5 voucher was a nice touch but sadly, not enough
Edit to add: Rang customer services and apparently all parcels have been dispatched and on their way by next day delivery0 -
Hi again - update: mine still has not arrived (8th dec order) payment taken 18th dec - phoned cs and got told it has been despatched so got her to check my account to make sure ''yes its been despatched should be with you either today or tomorrow'' - emails seem to have been sent as a decoy as im sure they said we should of received them at the latest today and not Friday!!!!
