Hi - still waiting for my 8th dec order also - they have taken payment but no package as of yet? I also have had the emails and one of my items is missing(lucky it was not more) and I cant help but feel that adams have failed customers that had ordered on 8th - 10th as maybe the stock that had been ordered has now been given to later orders due to the computer glitch, 5 pounds off does not make up for the anxious waiting time to see if we will get our orders before xmas or not!!! An official apology should be given publically - it costs nothing to say sorry!!!

Well lets face it all the £5 will cover is postage unless your order is over £25! I only hope that they dont have the cheek to charge anyone postage if because of items being out of stock their order falls to under £25!

Mine is STILL "picking" from the 8th December. No payment taken though. They have just one day to get it out and send by special delivery so lets hope we get them.
Lady was rude to me when I called earlier. She was very frustrated well all I can say is Ditto. And despite again them promising to dispatch I am still waiting.
Grrrrrr.

They'd better not charge for delivery. The £5 voucher can go straight in the bin. They should have taken it off of this order.
As you say, £5 will only cover postage. And there are bound to be discount vouchers for this all over the place.
I am happy that someone form Adams is posing on here, but I still can't help but feel very frustrated. Not knowing if the items are in stock is even worse, as we should be notified in time to get replacements for Christmas presents.
I really do not know if I will use Adams (online or offline) again because of this.

Well my order arrived today. 2 items were out of stock but I got the main items I wanted. So I'm a happy bunny!

I did read, on another forum, that someone was charged for postage because their order was under £25 due to some of their items being unavailable. Takes the mick!

My order is £27.50 and have been told my trousers are out of stock so I just dare them to charge me!! Am mad already!

Mine was originally £26 1 item not available charged £21.00

No delivery cost... according to the invoice anyway

Kool-mumma free shipping is £25.00 & over, for some reason I thought it was £35.00, but put £27.00 worth in trolley & that's when it says free shipping on £25.00.
