Im getting realy fed up with waiting and not knowing wether it will arrive

Eactly how I am feeling.
Was going to ring them but they are so damn polite, even if they do lie, lol!
I know I will just been told it will be posted today, the same as I was yesterday and the day before and so on!
My order was placed on the 8th, how about yours?
Seems like a random picking process as lots of people who have ordered after me have had their orders.

I have just received my order (hurray!) . The vests were missing, and one pair of trousers were the wrong colour - the rest of the order was fine. I phoned my credit card company to check that they had charged me the correct amount, and they said that they haven't charged me for anything, and there are no transactions pending!

I'm just glad that my order arrived, but if they don't charge my card I will be even happier! and they gave me a '£5 off your next order' voucher

What does the status on the website say?
I also ordered mine on 8th, rang them on Monday to see where it was after reading on here. They rang me back on 3 different occasions to tell me it had been posted and the website was also update to say this. They havent (as of yday) taken the money from my account yet though so I am assuming its not on its way at all!

They were aware of this so have asked for full refund.

My money has not yet been taken and my order is still "Picking". Not happy.
On a brighter note, my son is in the Sun's Christmas Tinsel tot competition.

I too ordered on the 8th, and im a little miffed that people who ordered after us are gettting theirs before us, but can i say that i am chuffed that people are getting most if not all of the items ordered.
