Am in agreement - i got the five pounds voucher but just want my bliming order!!! Still "Picking". They promised it was being posted on Wednesday, then Friday, then Monday, then today. Grrrrrrrrr!!!
Well done to everyone who has got theirs though. It has given me some hope.

Woo-hooo mine has finally changed to ready to dispatch - finally!!! They have taken stuff off my order though which is rather annoying but at least there is hope I may get my parcel soon!!:j

Do you not online bank? See if they've taken the money & you'll know it's on the way. I just wish the kids would go to bed so I can get wrapping. The oldest daughter realised what it was as read who it was from, the lies I'm telling to protect Santa.

Honey, No one is having a go at you at all. the prices we all paid were great. Just up to Adams to actually deliver the bliming things!!!!
No money has been taken yet. I had to mess around with the card though as had to cancel first payment as my lovely husband gave all my bank details over the internet!!!!!

Ok I'm confused and annoyed now. They've changed the status to order replaced and ready to despatch as they've taken some stuff off, yet when I look on the website the items are still showing as in stock.! Why!!!

I particularly want two of the items - is there anything I can do apart from trying to reorder them at the higher price (ie 30% off) which I don't really want to do.

Kool-mumma Thanks for the kind words, I know I haven't stuffed up, Adams have. Luckily my nephews clothes are to give, but some people want to post & I guess it's too late for them.
Not the only company to make a !!!! up, but this one is in the limelight.

What are they doing?? I really am running out of patience as everytime I call my order is literally about to leave the building and this has been since last week. I ordered on the 8th so there is no way they are sending them out in date order.
As to items being out of stock to you but in stock to others - do they have any idea on stock??!!
As prices are higher now you can not think that naturally they would want people to pay a higher price for them rather than the 50% that we got. Think they need reminding that they are not an auction site!!

Do not reorder, as you wont get them for xmas deliverey as that deadline has gone.They might be showing as instock now as they know they will have more after xmas & not have to despatch 'til then.
Complicated I know.

yaaaaay FINALLY! My order (like so many others ) placed on 8 Dec now showing as ready to dispatch. I have "lost" one item from my order but not too bothered as the items I have ordered as christmas pressies are still there.

As I had an email saying that all parcels now being sent by Special Delivery I am hopeful of it arriving by Thursday or friday at the latest - hope everyone else still waiting gets good news soon :rudolf:
