When did you place your order? i did mine on the 8th, and called cs yesterday. they said they have people working around the clock to get parcels out by xmas, so hopefully mine will arive today too!
Thing is i ordered some girly bit fro a friends child to post, and I had to go out yesterday and buy replacelemt gifts to post in case the parcel didn't get there before christmas.
can i return items from my order without paying postage??
they are girly items, and my baby is a boy :)

I ordered on the 8th, emailed them on Saturday to hurry it along.
Yes you do have to pay to return, unless your returning the whole order, or an item is faulty. Under these circumstances though I would email them to come to a compromise.

    I've been Money Tipped!
My order arrived today, all present and correct, and we had had an email in the meantime apologising for the delay.
    That's Numberwang!
  • I've just had an email with a £5 voucher code for being so patient waiting for my delivery!

I'd rather have my order though as I'm losing the will to live!!!

  • Voucher received but still no word on my order....trying to soften the blow?? I'll give it until Thursday before I panic and start to butter up the wife, I convinced her all would be fine.

I called them this morning, and they said one item was holding up my order. i said that that particular item was a gift I'd needed to post anyway, so I had to cancel it.
Because of that i am now being charged deliver as it brought the order down to lower than £25!
Bloody cheek.. i shall be calling them back when I see what my invoice says!
    :o:o:o
  • Interesting the e-mail containing the voucher states ' Happy New Year', no word of Christmas!

I ha my order today & also received the email with £5.00, sorry for being so patient during this busy Christmas season.
    Nothing about New Year.
Must be different ones flying about.
Finally opened my box in secret & the 2 items missing I will not get as are now not in stock. Probably gone to someone who ordered this week, knowing their system.
Happy Anyway, spent way to much already.

several of the Adams stores in my local area have closed down. Not sure if they are linked to Littlewoods which shut as the one we went to the two shops were togther and both have now gone. I like Adams but it is expensive and I usually have to buy stuff the next size up cos it isn't that roomy
