What's the status online, think it was you that I gave the advice to email them.
I would advice everyone to email them saying you need the order for Christmas, the items are not instore of the sizes you want, infact the shop looks like a Christmas Jumble Sale at present.

Phone them, email them, do not sit & wait. Like others maybe your order is being held up coz somethings o.o.stock. I've only 2 items missing showing on my second order, not too worried just wanted my nephew's pressie, wanted some of my kids clothes for the xmas party today, but are both ill anyway. Extra to open on xmas day.

Give them a call, my order sat at waiting to be picked till i called this afternoon and after finding out what was holding it back and removing those items my order has now went to dispatched.

I have been given a direct number for someone in despatch, the peson who sorted my order out if im allowed to post it?
