Mine still waiting to be picked and mine was placed on the 8th too.
Worse still my **** husband responded to a bogus eBay email last night and gave away all my account details. Was fuming as I never click links so would never had done it. Anyway, I had to cancel the card I offered them for payment so had to give them a new one so no doubt this will be their excuse for me not getting it in time!!!

Ordered on the 9th and still "ready to pick".......got 2 christmas presents on it and a christmas day dress for the little one

I ordered on the 8th also and the status of my order had been ready to pick for ages. So I emailed them and received an apology email on sat 16th and a despatched email on sun 17th.

This morning I had a while you were out card from Royal Mail saying a parcel had been returned to the depot because no one was in. GGgrrrr Royal Mail get on my nerves... this is twice in a row I have had a card and I was in. They don't even bother to ring the door bell! I was standing right by the window when they threw the card in the door and I saw a guy run so quickly away!!

Anyways.... I'm not sure that this parcel at the depot is from Adams....Please can anybody who has had their delivery tell me if their parcel just came by normal Royal Mail post or if it came by recorded, special delivery or parcel force. If it is the latter then its not my parcel from adams

Adams use Royal Mail and have said they will use next day delivery to ensure parcels arrive before Xmas.

Hello again - my name is Keith Pound the Director responsible for Adams Logistics.

I know a number of you remain concerned about orders placed over the weekend of 8th - 10th December.

We have now posted 52% of the orders received and are working on the balance today. Any orders sent out from today onwards will be posted using the Royal Mail's guaranteed next day delivery service to ensure receipt pre-Christmas.

I will keep this site updated with progress.

I'm waiting patiently for my order. me getting in a flap about it wont help. My children have christmas presents & the little bits I ordered to top their presents up were in my adams. If it doesn't arrive it's not the end of the world but obviously I would prefer if it did arrive.
Theres still a few more days for it to arrive.
