Does anyone know if the Royal mail parcels have to be delivered before 12 like normal post or if it can be any time during the day?
I need to go out but want my parcel!!!!!!!0 -
My parcel arrived this morning out of the blue, still showing to be picked on website. 4 items missing which I assume are out of stock but as no invoice in parcel I will just have to wait and see. I ordered 15 items so 4 missing isn't too bad and 2 of those were socks so I am well pleased! Good luck everyone else!

I think if your not in the postie will take your parcel to the local PO for you to collect, leaving a card. Perhaps you could leave a note on the door to leave with a neighbour.
My posties been delivering letters, then going back around with the recorded deliveries & larger items.
I didn't know there was a 12o'clock rule.0 -

I would like to thank you for taking the time to post on the forum and for trying your hardest to rectify something that was beyond your control. I felt a bit embarassed that you'd took the time to post and some people just ignored it but I was greatful you didn't decide to take cover like most people do these days and you had the grace to tackle us head on.
I can see why people are annoyed as they were told orders were already sent out etc just to get them off the phone and I believe this is extremely unprofessional for a company such as your calibre, But I also sympathise with your staff who probably have enough to deal with at this time of year.
I was extremely dissapointed that my items were 50% off when placed in the basket then 30% off at checkout and this has left a negative feeling with me about Adams now.
I hope you have a lovely christmas and a well deserved break
