No. I have just expressed my own opinion of the situation, based on the info in your posts and not on the posts of any others. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

I live in the back of beyond .....I don't have mice in my house as far as I know......but I know for a fact if I left food stuff about that attract mice....they'd be in.....I don't live in a vacuum flask !.......I once put a couple of traps in my garage that had no signs of mice.....yes I was bored
.....and caught mice every night without fail......felt guilty in the end....so gave up ....and yes.....peanut butter is the best ! So if your gonna have a holiday in a rural area don't leave the top off of the peanut butter jar ... put it in the fridge......nothing better than a a banquet on a worktop for a mouse !...............I would recommend just surviving on pasties in my neck of the woods

Have you considered camping. Its great. My tent was £80 and it'll last for approx 180 days use before ultra violet light in the suns rays damage it beyond use. Very mse. Right back to nature in a tent Jo C. Marvellous.Tomatoe have you even been to australia?

Evansmummy Apart from you and a few others displaying a considerate approach to my feelings, I think its pointless asking opinions when you get obnoxious reactions, one after the other each expert mousecatcher jumps on the bandwagon to get their name posted with their duh! Everyone knows this attitude. I live in the country and we dont tend to have mice as house guests, i get the fact that the majority disagreed with my reaction to finding dirty urine and mouse droppings in my kitchen, but that they are entitled to, but as for their mocking comments, mocking is catching!0
