  • My best friend had a little boy last night :) I'm so happy for her as she's already got a girl and there aren't many boys in her family so she is dead chuffed. It made me all emotional and I can't wait to go and meet my baby's little pal and have a cuddle. I'm very excited about my own now :)
  • Good luck Elmo!!!

Oh and he was 4 days early, 2.5 hour labour, 8lbs 15oz. She'd been on tenterhooks for a couple of weeks as her first baby was 3 weeks early.

I don't think the fashion police will be following you home... If ever there was a day you're entitled to look rough that'll be it!

  • Me again girls.. just quickly.. I'd like to get a pressie for my friend's little girl who has just become a big sister as well as for her new baby brother (so she doesn't feel left out), any suggestions? She's nearly 2...

Having a good day today - by bump is wriggling about all over the place, I think seeing my tummy move around is definitely my fave part of pregnancy :):):)

In the past I've bought jigsaws, dvds, magazines etc Blue Monkey. Something to keep them entertained for even 10 minutes is always good.

Make sure you make a fuss of her first.. and ask her if she will show you her baby.. not her NEW baby.. just her baby. 2 y/os are very astute! New things are good.. old things go in the bin...

And dont ask if you can have the baby.. that is mean and scary

Fairy wings and a wand! A book about her favourite character/animal, sweets and a comic! Or just whizz her out to the park if she will come for half an hour so her mum can have some peace!

  • Hello ladies

Not been on since Thursday - I see we have had some babies - congrats to Forumgrazer and Ecoelle! Get a move on boldies too!!

Well, I'm 3rd on the list and actually hoping that baby stays put until EDD - we've had car issues over the weekend and need to collect a new on on Wednesday - which entails me driving my old car into central London (80 mile round trip) to drop DH off to collect a new one! Eep! Not what we needed right now, a new loan for car finance, but needs must. It's quite exciting though - we've gone for a small MPV which is quite a step up from the 3dr small cars we've had before!

I've been having a few aches and pains and sharpish twinges in my foof, but am trying to ignore them and hope they just go away. Labour cannot commence until Thursday :)

So, all other ladies who want them - please take all my labour vibes!! Every single one - I'm happy to wait until next week!!

    xDx
