Then off to the salon at 1pm - eyebrows threaded, shellac nails for hands and feet, leg, underarm and bikini wax... About time I had some pampering done!

Oooh, enjoy! I think I'm going to treat myself to a day like that after payday at the end of the month, I really fancy trying the Shellac stuff. Have you had it before? I'd be interested to know what it's like! :D

Mimi do a chocolate sponge, and cover with chocolate ganache, and stick some cadburys chocolate fingers around the outside, simple but effective, it's what I do for bday cakes :D tough if you don't like chocolate.

Well - I would have tried that but . . . . My mum's been shopping today and brought one :-( I was looking forward to making one as well!
Mimi you're so slim!! Definitely nothing to worry about weight wise! Congratulations on viability too :) xx

Oh i wish! I dont see a bump, I see fat :o OH keeps telling me off. I'm going through stages of pigging out then not eating for days.

    Today so far I've snaffled:

    1 slice of toast
    1 chicken spread sandwich
    Packet of crisps
    a penguin
    a cookie
    AND a pot noodle!!!

Although the things your having done at the salon DOESNT sound like pampering . . . Bikini wax sounds VERY painful (never had it done! Am a veet lady :rotfl:)

I WANT STRAWBERRY AND CREAM GATEAX! That cake looks amazing Mimi. I have an endless appetite today. 3 wheetabix for brekkie, and just had green soup and wheaten bread for lunch. Not sure what I'll eat at lunch time now:D

Back from seeing the Doctor for the first time in nearly 5 weeks. Baby is head down still, happy days, and is punching me rather than kicking me apparently. :D Also I seem to be swelling up, 3kg gain on last month, so have been ordered to put my feet up every afternoon. As DD is only in school till 12:15, this might be difficult! Really glad I took my ring off when I did. I can't even push in on over the knuckle now.

Lirin your DSD sounds a real treasure! Pigpen wish your OH would grow up! Blue, good luck living with your mum. Know I couldn't be in the same house as mine for more than a few hours. Keep the ear plugs or iPod handy.

Loving the bump pictures. Mine looks enormous from above, and not quite as bad sideways on.

    Good luck Ecolle and Bunnyhop!!!

The cake didnt last very long!! lol I tend to make the lads at work something but i've been quite slack recently - I took in some home made banana bread the other day and the new lad didnt believe I had made it lol

hi ladies have got a question for you, what do bh's feel like? I didnt feel any with ds1 so unsure whats happening my bump keeps tightening like a rock ervery 7-8 mins or so,cant breathe and feel sick when it happens also got a dull ache constantlyin my lower back.
hmmm could do with a nice strawberrys and cream frappachino from starbucks.
Whats everybody been craving? I have avoided lucazade right through out the pregnancy and now I need a cold orange fizzy bottle! nothing else will do as have been trying to drink fizzy water instead but its just not working!!
labour vibes to those who want them
    xx

I've never had BH so not sure?

Cravings: anything pickled! Onions, Jalapenos branston pickle but they have to be with raisins and currants lol

I'm not a starbucks fan tbh - think its over priced! I do like costa but only for the summer berry cooler :D

Been to see the midwife. Little monkey baby was hiding right at the back. In fact, when I was lying down, my stomach went flat lol!!! So she struggled finding his heartbeat. Anyway, with regard to the c-section, the head midwife in this area is there when I next go so she is going to speak to the consultant on my behalf and try and get me an earlier c-section. I don't go to until the 29th September so that gives me time to get my arguments together. If she is on my side as well then that can only be good right?
Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!
