and .. exactly.. we have been about the same hugeness throughout havent we .. and this is just really bizarre.. I guess so long as it is still ok in there and wiggling then complaining you are not fat enough is just silly! lol Having less to lug about has to be a good thing.
I'll get DS to take a pic when I can drag my !!! out of the bed for you to compare....agree though, it is really bizarre! Are you still having the tightenings and the bits of show?0 -
I spoke to my midwife today as she's going to try and sort out seeing another consultant for me about this c-section and I happened to mention the itching. So she wants me in for MORE blood tests to test for OC as the last lot were over 4 weeks ago. My arms and legs have so many scabs on them from me itching so much I'm drawing bloodThank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0

Morning all!
Hope it is the real thing for you Ecoelle! Good luck!
Take it really easy at work Jenjade, I know being off sick makes things tight financially, but if you're struggling with pain....
Bless DSD Lirin! That would have had me in floods of tears
Can't remember who was asking about leaky b00bs (Flower?) and I replied "no, never happened to me".....well that obviously tempted fate because last night it happened to me! Maternity bra's just jumped a few places up the things to buy list...
Also last night I had some seriously strong BH's combined with lots of pressure on my foof. Seem to have stopped again this morning and there was no real pattern to them so I'm not worried - but that's what the start of labour feels like doesn't it?
Mega stress day today, car in for MOT...DH has taken it because I'm prone to panic attacks when mechanics start talking to me....not a clue why because I know what they're talking about and have been known to crawl under cars to fix things myself, but mechanics scare the hell out of me! I think its because I'm not knowledgeable enough to recognise when I'm about to be ripped off....
Ah well, 35 weeks today, 9 days until consultants appointment - time can pass as fast as it likes and this baby can be born whenever he feels like it!
Huge labour vibes to all the boldies xxx0 -

Glad she's going to get a second opinion for you. That itching sounds horrendous - and surely an extra reason for them not to prolong this pregnancy much more? Good luck xxx0 -

Maybe I should add it to the argument list lol! She's trying to get me into see the consultant I saw with DS2 as she knows my history better than this guy I see now. Don't get me wrong, he's a lovely older Indian chap, but every time I go in he asks me why I had a c-section last time and why didn't they use ventouse, forceps etc! Err cos DS2 had the biggest head in the world and didn't even get into the birth canal!!!Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0 -
Well, been and had a lovely bath, now going to get some breakfast and juice, then to the birthing ball i think:)
Back pain seems to have eased a bit, think the warm bath helped, but was still getting twinges in the foof so hoping that this might be the start. Hugs to all those who need them and labour vibes to those who want them:)0 -
Well they have a bed for my induction so it's show time! :j0
