i've had my panic over the horror stories of back to back births,it's swings and roundabouts isnt it, i have one friend who had a nightmare B2B birth, another just popped hers out, i know she's gotta come out one way or another
I've just realised, that with DD I have absolutely no idea if she was back to back, or not. All i was told was that she was head down. Which i suppose is more important.
Also just remembered that at my 20 weeks scan, i signed up to some PhD study about weigh loss after pregnancy. Think i get weighed 6 weeks, 6 months and 1 year after birth. Wonder if that will motivate me to make a good effort to shift the weight. Think I've gained about 2 stone now too Pigpen.First Baby born January 2007

Had a massive argument with OH and now I'm hiding in the bedroom sulking. Why is it with men you try to tell them something for there own good but they know all so don't listen then when it comes back to bite them on the a!se they can't admit you were right or even remember you having the conversation in the first place!! Had a good cry to myself, bah hormones! The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

hugs Gilly.. theses hormones and men are a nightmare
can I have a moan please ;-)
phoned in work friday to tell them i am signed off for 2 weeks manager wasnt in told her deupty everything. she said can i phone monday and speak to manager... oh ok
monday 9.20am i phoned and she kept me on the phone for just under 45 minutes basically doing a huge handover! then she wanted me to bring my sick note and talk to her about something...on Tuesday at 1.30. So today i drove 20 minutes to work to give her my sick note she didnt talk to me and told me she would put my sicknote in my file until i come back to work and fill in the return to work form....
so why did i have to go and give it to her?? she cant do anything with it until i come back so whats the point???:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

Sounds like a twisted mare to be honest. Probably annoyed that you're off sick, so is deliberately trying to inconvenience you.The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

so very true, she did remind me that if i want to return early i could just phone the doctors and go back to work  She reminded me that we do have a meeting on Tuesday and it is quite important.... umm not to me it will be completly irrelevant as i will be on mat leave soon:o:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

I just had a call from the quacks surgery.. apparently.. the consultant I have no inclination to see has written to him asking I make an appointment urgently .. which of course I politely declined
"no, you cant make an appointment because I dont want one!" .. which was infinitely better than the.. "if I wanted an appointmnt I would ring and ask for one.. doctors are for ill people and I am not ill therefore do not require your services.. thank you" which they got last time they rang lol
Why cant people just butt out of my life and leave me alone?
Why would you deny your unborn child a consultant appointment that could be potentially important just because you are too stubborn to go??? Sometimes PP I dont understand you. You are on these forums practically 24/7 bumping and moaning about how terrible your pregnancy is and how your kidneys are killing you and are ready for failure like the last pregnancy, and that you are in so much pain with your SPD that you cant move (although you are managing to decorate your house!) To be honest I think that you overexaggerate to try and either get sympathy or just for something to say. It's not helpful to the ladies on this thread that require serious advice and would probably jump at the chance to see a consultant to discuss there concerns.[/COLOR] Starting the new year in a good way cooking baby sharkeybabe no2:j:j0 -

What an idiot. It's at times like this I'm glad I no longer have a job, it would be good for my sanity though. Stick to your grounds, don't be going back if you don't feel able to.The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
