Glad to hear you're ok kira, was thinking about you last night xxx

Love the bump pic jcr :) I keep meaning to take a pic of mine but keep forgetting!

I can't believe the footage they're showing on the tv today of the riots :( utter scumbags :( so many of them were so young, where are their parents?!? I feel very lucky to live in an area where there is certain to be no rioting (I basically live in a field miles from anywhere. There are 12 houses in my village) so I can't imagine how scary it must be living in the areas that have seen violence.

31+3 today for me. I had a midwife appointment this morning. The midwife was a bit worried because of my weight loss and continued vomiting. She estimates that I have lost approximately 2 stones (when you take into account the weight of Flump, the placenta etc) since my booking in appointment :( there are no ketones in my urine though so I don't have to go into hospital just yet, although it is a possibility if I continue to be sick :(

Good news though is that Flump is doing well :) he is measuring 32 weeks and his heartbeat was 150bpm :) he was also head down but the midwife said he might still move about before settling into his final position :)

My next appointment is with the doctor in 2 weeks time and he will review the hospital situation then, or if I'm struggling I am to go and see him before then. I really don't want to have to go into hospital but will do if it is the best thing for Flump. I was sick in Tesco this morning (how embarrassing) but have managed to eat some bread and butter since then and am going to have some soup in a minute. Getting thoroughly fed up now :(

Sorry for yet another whingy post from me. It really does help having all of you lovely ladies to talk to xxx

How long do you have left Twinkle?

At last MW i was back to back as well at 34 + 5 so hoping baby will move.

There are all sorts of exercises and things you can do that might help

Have you heard of optimal foetal positioning??http://www.homebirth.org.uk/ofp.htm

    Hope that helps :)

remeber that baby has lots of time to turn (im telling myself the same thing)

ive just read through the link i sent you and they have some birth stories on there that all end well :)

I think im just getting to grips with the idea that labour might be more difficult, might be more painful, but i will be in hospital in the best place and if all else fails OH is having a good laugh at me every night as i crawl around on the floor and lean over things :)

Try and stay positive, im sure your little one will turn for you :)

ive had two very easy labours, no pain relief, just bish bash bosh, so the thought of a long painfull one is worrying, but she has to come out, and im not afraid of demanding drugs so what will be will be, but i shall be spending the next few weeks mainly on my hands and knees, lol

I've been told to avoid sitting in a reclined position (eg tilted back in car, slouching back on sofa) to avoid going back to back. Lots of sitting up straight or leaning forward. Spending time on all fours, leaning over a beanbag or gym ball and crawling about on hands and knees are all supposed to help.
