i love that name bella but hubby not keen, however he has said yes to it being a middle name. there is a couple of oscars at my childrens school tho. but they seem nice boys .

is it just me or if a child is on the naughty side it puts you off the name, even tho it really shouldn't but i just can't help it.

Damn broken keyboard keeps losing posts... ggrrrrr

I LOVE Martha and Matilda .. and Phoebe ... but we already have an M and 3 of the cats names begin with P so we wont be using that.. Ill just get another cat lol so feel free to steal any of them lol.

I like girls names that end in a or ah.. hence 4 of my 6 girls having that.. and Squeak has ah on her middle name too.

I still quite like Terence and Myrtle!

sorry just had to jump in here! I am still lurking on here even though my baby is now over 6 months - not sure where that time has gone! but just had to say Pigpen I obviously also like names ending with an a, I have Ailsa, Iona and Lena and never noticed until my mum pointed it out!

I used to be a teacher and there are a lot of names I have been really put off by because of badly behaved children I have taught!

We are expecting a boy and know what we are calling him already. It's not a name that has been mentioned by anyone but it is in the top 100 names. I love the meaning of the name and the shorter version of it too :)

Hope the lack of posts from abby means that she is soon going to be having mummy cuddles! Hope her mam has arrived at the hospital, don't like to think of her being alone there :( xxx

well we like samuel james lucas for a boy, we have the 2 boys already and they both have a first name and 2 middle names too, (i would of prefered lucas first but hubby said no as both our boys already start with an l

if it was a girl i was going for lola as i love that name (and also its my nans name) but again hubby said no as it starts with l but i was biding my time until we fount out what sex as i would of argued the point on the girls name lol

good luck abby hope all is going well
