Happy due date Apricot! Hope your little girl arrives soon

Thought I'd try to add a bump photo at 32+4 - hopefully it'll work (no idea of how to resize though!!):

    Im officially a boldie :(

    Sorry Abby no idea xx

Smileyface you're top of the list :D

I'm a boldie too! Can I just keep pretending to be pregnant, well I still am I just mean once he's born....."pregnancy denial"

Obviously as this is my first child I am panicking slightly about what I will do when I'm not pregnant as I have gotten used to it.

The OH said yesterday whilst we were waiting for the bus home, that the next one can come along in ten years. I said I'm not waiting ten years to give Joshua a sibling (albeit a half sibling) and I'll be 32 and as he wants two of his own. I don't want to spread it out toooo much. So he said 6 years as a compromise. I can cope with that. Gives me time to finish my degree and actually get a REAL job.

I didn't sleep well last night, my knee hurt (don't know if I mention that I fell of a kerb and took the skin off my knee) so took the bandage off to let it get some air and it wasn't a pleasant sight. And then my stomach was just hurting but it was more likely practice contractions again

When you are not pregnant anymore - you will be too busy cuddling your baby and not banging into things with the bump (or is that just me? lol) and being happy with not going to the loo every 5 minutes to worry about it :rotfl:

Six years means Joshua will be at school, which wil certainly make practicalities easier, but it does men he and his sibling would be less likely to have a close relationship.

My 3 have been told that Squeak is their half sister, but as far as they are concerned she is their sister and that is that :D

I shouldn't think anyone minds if you keep posting, I did pretty much until this one came along and no one told me to get lost :rotfl:

Oh and I hope your knee feels better soon x

Good luck Apricot for due date day!

    d_debski, you look fantastic.

Need a little help if anyone's bored and feels like googling- my work and I are having a slight argument at the moment- I've just been told that my black smart trousers aren't suitable for work, and they'd prefer I find navy. They've been told in return I have no intention of buying anything until I get reimbursed for the first couple of bits (total was £20-odd on Ebay, wasn't sure when I bought initially if they'd be providing uniform or just reimbursing.) Fairly sure they won't reimburse, but if they do, I should probably look for navy maternity trousers. Hen's teeth, from what I'm finding so far...... Any help would be appreciated!
Tempted to tell them at 23 weeks, if they want to change my uniform they can buy it themselves.....

Hi, yes, i just invested all of £15 on one. I drive about 1-1.5 hours each way to work and back, and mainly on 50mph roads and motorways. I'm not so bothered about the affect of an impact at low speeds just wearing the normal seat belt, but having had an accident at 40mph before and seeing the bruising and pain that gave me, for the high impact you would get at higher speeds, i decided it was worth the investment to keep the belt away from bump.

I was discussing it at work with another lady, who is further along at 35weeks and has one, but doesnt use it, as the position of her bump means the belt is below it anyway. She did say she will prob start when the bump drops (eventually). I guess it depends how much driving you do, what type, and where your bump is!

I'd rather the peace of mind for £15!

    K x

Thanks, well I'll be doing a lot less driving as of this weekend as my work has closed but do longer/faster trips with OH between parents etc, so think I might get one to use as a passenger - have seen the Clippasafe one for £10 so will order it now, thanks :)

Will be moving house when I'm 33+6 so will pack my hospital bag at 34 weeks  The hospital won't show us round the maternity unit until 32 weeks so I hope Giblet's not too early!

    C xx (30+4)

Agreed debs you look amazing. :T

Lirin - my sister is due in November and also needed to find navy trousers for work. I think she found some from Next but I also found her some on ASOS Maternity (the only problem was they only do up to size 16 as I recall and she is an 18) and they would have been the best I think.

I'm really sorry but I needed to change Harrison's weight as it was wrong & being a new user it wouldn't let me copy & paste with the links in so i've messed the whole list up. :o

Could someone please repost with the links in. :A
