Awww thank you it goes by so fast once they are born - where did our tiny babies go? Seems like yesterday they slept all day and hadn't learned to sit up in bed and shout to wake you at 5.30am:rotfl:

Mind you nearly 5 and nearly 4, those are hard ages! My older children are 8 and 7 so at school most of the day. It's probably harder for you than it is for me

We wil find out at the 20 week scan in August and I will let everyone here know. OH thinks this one is a boy because I went off tea, think that's a myth though!

ooooh well I had two boys and no problems and then I went off tea/coffee etc when I had a girl - so it could be... will look out for your news! best wishes

Morning all.

Agreed to work today, just arrived and wondering why. Completely forgot it was Fathers Day today- had it in my head it was next week.

DSD wrapped the shirt I got from her to her Daddy, and subtle as a brick, asked me in front of him "Do you think I should give that thing I was doing to that person today instead of tomorrow?"
He went to bed happy, loving the shirt! I've left a present from Hitchhiker- a fleecy blanket with a note attached reading 'For the first time you hold me....' I'm not normally soppy sweet, so hoping he likes it!

Aaah, Dad's Day

I got my OH a 'daddy to be' card, some bits and pieces he wanted, along with a Terrys chocolate orange which says 'No 1 Dad', and a sleep suit and bib for the baby which says 'I love my daddy'.

my first 2 pregnancies i was fine with tea. although we lost our first, both were girls. the last 3 pregnancies i've gone right off tea and all have been boy's. i started to be able to drink tea again about 22 ish weeks. but i went off it so bad i couldn't even make hubby a cup without it turning my tummy. and i'm the type of person who drinks about 15 cups a day. so that was a shock.

Yah, i got sleep last night.:T i did have bad braxton hicks in the evening but i was so tired i could of slept through anything. was busy day. felt bit like the tesco advert as kids had birthday parties in various places at various times and i didn't stop. until i got home about half 5. but bless hubby had the kids tea all ready and on the table for them. silence desended as they were all so tired they just ate.

were now up early as kids very excited, and i'm trying to let hubby get bit of a lay in. our youngest was already trying to bounce on hubby at half 6 this mornign to wake him,lol.

hope everyone has fabby fathers day and father to be days today.

BCS sorry hun you have been so unwell, and hope today you feel better and can relax lots. I can't think what it must be like for you, so please take care of yourself and get TLC.

Managed to sleep relatively ok last night, still up fairly early though as had hoped for more of a lie in. My mind gets fizzy and I can't then get back to bed. Right now it's about the fact we need to decide if we will do the plastering, how to decorate nursery, the garden looks like a wold forest... so much to sort...

Massive congratulations Madbird :j - hope you and baby Dylan are doing well!

OH was impressed with his card from the bump!

Lots of running around to do today & desperately need to get some things listed on Ebay this afternoon.....whether I actually get around to it is another matter!

my first two are boys and i went off tea for about the first 4/5 months,
the second two it didnt bother bother me but we lost both of those and now this sticky one, i cant even make anyone a cup of tea as it turns my stomach and its a boy

so who knows
