    Afternoon Ladies

Mrs S, I used RLF tea religiously when pregnant with DD1 and it didnt make any difference, i was 42+3 when i had her- i got the tea from Holland and Barratt if you do fancy trying it. I haven't tried evening primrose, but might give it a go this time. I also have an exercise/birthing ball that i sit and bounce on every day, its great for when i am uncomfortable sitting on the sofa and it apparently helps baby get into optimal position for an easier birth ;)

Finally have a court date of 19th July to regain possession of my property, starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with evil tenants, just hope they haven't trashed my lovely house :o

Labour vibes to those that want them xx

  • Hi everyone, hope you are all well bar the usual aches & pains.

I didn't feel so good yesterday so had a nice warm bath last night but ended up being sick all down the side of the bath. :o

I swear the babies head must of moved down too as it feels even more uncomfortable & horrible today & I still feel sick. :(

I've lost even more weight & now weigh about 4lb less than I did before I became pregnant despite looking like a Wildebeast.

I'm definately not having anymore babies.

Pigpen I don't know how you do it, you must be some kind of saint. :A
I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

    Hi girls,
I haven't posted before as I'm 'only' 25 weeks and so far having a fairly straightforward pregnancy (fingers crossed it continues like this). Big hugs to everyone suffering from the pregnancy aches, pains and blues.
I just wanted to mention that Mothercare are selling starter packs of Bambino Mio nappies at half price: £22 for 12 nappies and 3 wraps. I'm determined to use the real nappies this time and these are good value at half price. I ordered the newborn and small sets.
Is anyone else using or planning to use real nappies?

    Congrats Madbird and LittleBit :j

I don't tend to get sets of bedding, with my older 3 I had no money and with Squeak I just bought blankets and things. She has a lovely collection of different blankets :rotfl: I might have a look out this time.

Squeak has got a hungry caterpillar cotbed duvet set (£6 in the argos glitch just after Christmas) though she can't have it till the Autumn as they need to be 12 months, so that's August, and it's always really hot in my room owing to the boiler being right underneath so it'll be too warm till about November time. That's as close to sets as I've got barring the fact that my older 3 like the bedding with characters on, which I only get (cheap as I can) for birthdays or if they have been especially good.

We had dodgy electricity last night, started about 7 surges and power cuts all early eve, then all power went off, then Southern Electric came out about 9.45 and spent all night noisily digging up the road outside, repeatedly waking the baby, so woke up this morning feeling like I hadn't slept at all :(

Oh and we have our new kitten :) he loves OH. For some reason all cats do, possibly because he is warm.
