Thanks! I used the free listing day on the weekend of 4/5th June to sell on some tat but didn't expect another to come round so quickly - I thought they were only once every month. Looks like I'll be digging through old toys in my loft this weekend :beer:Elite 5:2 #54 12/13 lbs (18 Jan) 1st Target :j0 -

Yes - you can do them now & 'schedule' them to start whenever you want - but it does cost 6p for each Listing, which still applies even for a Free Listing Weekend.
I'm sure I once read on here (but can't find it now, unfortunately), that if you are going to be around at the time you actually want it to start - say Saturday 6.00pm - you can 'Schedule' it for a time well in the future (say a week or 2) & then go back in on Saturday to 'Edit' it & upload it there & then - this cancels out the 'Scheduling' charge.
I haven't tried it - but it makes total sense. May try it for this w/end. If it works & I did read it on here - many thanks to the OP.
HTH.
I did quite a few last free-listing days. I'm finding household/garden/office things going quite well, but clothes, accessories & cosmetics/toiletries, very slow - is anyone else finding the same?0 -
thanks op ive been waiting for this i missed the last one0

I list almost everything at 99p! I find that they get more 'watchers' that way, and if they're half-decent they'll be bid up to a good price anyway. Does anyone else do this?
Also, I am nearly always busy on free listing weekends, hence the 99p policy! LOL. I am at a fairly loose end this weekend though... hmm.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Yes, I do this too, luckly they have all sold at decent prices. I have only just starting using ebay again after a very very long time and didn't realise that to list at 99p was free. I kept holding out for the free weekend's and still listing them at 99p! lol0 -
Save a couple of pence for them to screw you over at the end and take 10%Man who run into airport turn-styles is going to Bangkok

But what is your cut off point? If you have something worth £50 would you be prepared to let it go for 99p?
Can you withdraw from the auction if you think the price you want will not be achieved?0
