Okay after much deliberation and shopping around, i've decided to go for the Sainsbury's offer at £135.99 with sports resort.

I had thought a bundle would work out better even with the Sainsbury's offer but i was looking at the Gamestation deal £210 for Wii Play & Mario Kart and i can buy these separately for around £55 which takes it to about £191. Also not interested in accessory packs or suchlike - i.e Argos.

One question though, Quidco are giving 4% cashback on consoles from Sainsburys, which i work out to be £5.44 - but it's only tracked at £2.72 (2%) - Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes I got the same amount after making my purchase this afternoon. It does state 4% on consoles so I'm wondering what the heck they're playing at.

Will contact Quidco and see what they say.

I ordered through Quidco/Sainsburys but mine has tracked at £5.24 (I had a vouchers to redeem so didn't pay £136). If you search for 'wii' on the sainsbury site you'll see the technology section listed first. I remember thinking at the time that they were offering 4% on 'toys' but only 2% on technology and carefully going through the 'toy' link just in case.

Good point daska, although it does say "consoles" on Quidco so shouldn't matter :( Anyway i've submitted an earnings enquiry and it has given me the other £2.72 as "pending" at the moment so i'm hoping it will be validated sharpish!

Received my order from Sainsbury's today - any tips on how to stop myself from locking DS in his room so i can have a go tonight? :rotfl: :rotfl:

Wish i never let my mother feel involved in the Wii buying process as she keeps going on about Asda, but i'm certain this is the better deal because i am not interested in the cheap plastic accessory pack that would never get used!!

doh! missed it because of the layout - did check, honest!

    Wii console, controller, nunchuck, Wii
sports, Sports Resort with Motion Plus

I checked this before I ordered and was delighted with the deal (thanks for pointing this out) - and it arrived within 12 hours! But when I've opened the box I can see no sign of Wii Sports, just the Sports resort box. I can't investigate further as my son's not sleeping upstairs (and his room doesn't have a lock on it!) but am worried I've gone for the wrong deal now. Anyone gone for this and actually opened it up so they can reassure me?

By your earlier posts i think you mean Sainsbury's? Give me 15 mins to get my son out of the way and i'll investigate, because i haven't even opened the parcel yet!

Just opened it up and the Sports is in the main box in a cardboard sleeve with the console itself
