  • Cheapest one I could find was £174.90. Seems like most of the Wii bundles including wii fit have stopped in the run up to Christmas!

Let me know if you want me to direct you to this one (can't post links yet!!!)

Also, if you find one cheaper, let me know as I wouldn't mind taking a look at getting on for xmas!
  • hi, could you message me with the details please?

    thank you :-)

I'd like to get the wii balance board and wii fit plus and simplygames.com seems to have a good deal that includes a charger thingy for the board. I had never heard of simplygames.com and am just wondering if anyone has used them and are they reliable?

    Cheers :)

Black or White Wii with Wii Fit Plus - Toys R Us £219.99
Black or White Wii console on it's own - John Lewis, Toys R Us or Play.com (using PLANW09 or PLARBS09 for the extra £5 off) - £159.99

Generally it seems Toys R Us are doing the best bundle deals.

These prices are for the "newer" packaged consoles with include Wii Sports, Sports Resort, 1 controller and motion plus add on.

If you're not bothered about Wii Sports Resort and want a white Wii then either HMV or Shopto are doing it for £135 but remember - that DOESNT come with the Motion Plus addon either. Sports Resort and one Motion Plus add on will cost you about £35, which makes it more expensive than buying a bundle...!

Be aware HMV will NOT ship a console to any other address than the billing address of the credit card. Rubbish like me if you want it delivering to work because you wont be in during the day. In the end I cancelled my order and got it cheaper from Toys R Us... A bit gutted now to see they've dropped the bundle prices further so I could have saved an extra £5, never mind.

Never used Simplygames but I know people who have with no issues. Be aware that price for the Wii bundle doesn't include delivery so I would be tempted to go to Toys R Us and save yourself £20.

The accessory pack thing is nice and includes a mat plus the charger, some socks and other weird bits and pieces but you can probably pick them up cheaper elsewhere. Certainly you can use normal rechargable batteries in the Wii Fit (4 x AA). Note the controllers also take 2 x AA batteries each so it might be cheaper to just buy a normal battery charger and a pack of AA rechargable batteries to use with both....

Oh, normal batteries are included with everything so you can get going straightaway anyway.

POsted thsi on the cheap games console thread as well as wasn't sure where to put it...

Anyway my brother was going to order my new wii black last night but unfortunately Toy r us site was having problems and wouldn't deliver to a different delivery address so I am about to order it for myself....

Anyway as it's joint present for my birthday and Christmas from all the family my brother says I will need another nunchuk thing and another remote and motion plus....I thought you'd just take it in turns but I assume now I need two? Anywhere knows the cheapest place to get black ones?

Also what else do I need with it? Do I need a charger stand thing?
