I'm far from a Wii expert but i wanted to say, any of the white accessories like this will fit the black version, as it's exactly the same just a different colour. Not sure about your other questions!

Just seen this offer on a telly advert and thought it looked good - what do you think?

I'm buying for my 6 year old son, and would like to buy an extra remote and Mario Kart. Not come across a deal with both, but have seen console with Mario or console with Wii Play (inc. Remote) for £179 - but doesn't seem as good as the below deal?

so it's up to you. I prefer the look of the balck one (no difference in spec from the white).

Hmm i was sure it was in Gamestation but i can't see it now for £179...

Ivry - all consoles should come with a remote and nunchuk anyway, i thought?

I am not bothered about it being black, it'd be nice - but i won't let it sway my decision when looking for a good value deal!

I know exactly how you feel. Im getting one for OH xmas and dont have a clue about what to get. Its too confuzzing and there are so many deals on just now, I dont know what one is best .
