One thing I have found though - it's so much easier to keep correspondence to letters. Keep one copy for yourself and then keep everything in a folder together and categorized.
I have 14 creditors and it is so easy to lose track of who's sent me what when and who I've sent letters too, so now I have a filing box, and each creditor has their own poly pocket. (As nice as a computer is to organise things - I've discovered how unreliable they can be aswell, esp. when the hard drive packs in). Also I'm printing off all my SoA's as my circumstances change and you can look back and realise what exactly goes on month to month.
 Oooops, sorry for babbling!Beth86

Chin up, things get better.... and keep cracking that whip.0
