One thing I have found though - it's so much easier to keep correspondence to letters. Keep one copy for yourself and then keep everything in a folder together and categorized.

I have 14 creditors and it is so easy to lose track of who's sent me what when and who I've sent letters too, so now I have a filing box, and each creditor has their own poly pocket. (As nice as a computer is to organise things - I've discovered how unreliable they can be aswell, esp. when the hard drive packs in). Also I'm printing off all my SoA's as my circumstances change and you can look back and realise what exactly goes on month to month.

    Oooops, sorry for babbling!

Come on Simon... now the balls rolling it will all be plain (ish) sailing from now until debt free eternity.

Chin up, things get better.... and keep cracking that whip.

Hi I am paying Barclays debt management company their agreed monthly payment of £10 , i just paid this months ammount and the woman now says she wants my employer's phone number and address. I obviously refused but is there anyway of stopping this? I don't want my employer to know about my personal debts, is there any way they can find this information? Also why are they harassing me when I am keeping up with my payments? someone please advise me on how to handle this debt collection agency.I will get fired if they start calling my employer.
