I would like to nominate tiff for her grocery challenges on the money saving old style board, it has made many people look at their outgoings and where they can be cut and has encouraged a lot of people to join in with their hints, tips and cheap recipes.

Click on the url on the top of the page and highlight it. (i.e: the bit starting http) Then hold down the Ctrl button and press c at the same time.
Then when you want to type out the link hold down the Ctrl button and press v.
