Really annoyed with Dr Surgery though. Normal Dr is on leave until 29th. First appt I could get with the other (wicked witch) is next Thursday. This is despite me not being able to eat much more than eggs at the moment. Grrrr.

This is why so many people end up going to a&e because hey can't see their Dr for days.

My problem is its the results from the ultrasound I need which are at the surgery. If they haven't found anything there we progress to nasty tubes and things. Great way to lost weight though!

    Morning all :hello:

I am bored, fed up and irritable and I am going stir crazy.

I can't decorate anywhere because we have damp patches in the hall, Living room and kitchen that are driving me mad and DH just looks at them and does nothing, so I will join in and see if I can get somebody to do me a quote for getting the cause of the damp fixed.

I should do some flying but I am not sure what to do next, I will have a look through the list and see if there is anything.

At lunch I will sort through a box of stuff and then work out if it is worthwhile to re-cover said box and use it for storage or burn it.

Goodintentions On the subject of chippies, I got DH to get chips the other night because I didn't want to get my cooker in a mess :rotfl:

    Hey all -

I had crumpets this morning too - I only had two though, and some tea. I am tempted to declutter some more mind you!

I have washed, hung and folded more clothes
    Stripped my bed
put summer quilt on and bagged up winter quilt for moving
    Sorted out forms for council
Phoned about my finance agreement for the car, which Ive never received a copy of!

Have been going through my finances again this morning and am getting rather stressed. Im beginning to wonder if I have made serious miscalculations about reducing my hours. Ho hum - if need be Ill go full time again. :(

Anyway - bedroom first... Its like a pit.

    xx
:)Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying:)

Latest on Sidney - the dog-sitting service agent is going to collect him from me on Monday, and look after him herself for however long is needed. It seems his "Dad" won't be home by Monday, but she's fine with this, and has expressed gratitude to me for keeping the little guy on for an extra two days beyond the dates booked.:o

Flying-wise - next week I think I'll just be doing Level 1. I won't be around at all on Tuesday (we're out all day, which is why I couldn't keep Sid on any longer), and we set off for our holiday early on Friday, so the rest of the week will be frantic packing of cases, counting out of supplies of meds, checking and double-checking of paperwork, and all that jazz. *rolleyes* I sometimes wonder if holidays are worth the stress of organising!:rotfl:

Obviously, the following week I won't be around (not even sure if we'll have internet), and Monday 4th we're back at home, but Mr LW has another day's leave booked, so I'll probably be back flying "properly" on Tuesday July 5th.:)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

fridge and sink cleaned, kettle descaled, washing in - coffee in hand!

I have a wizard wheeze for when I need to stir myself to get bits done: I take a picture of the thing that needs doing - sofa clearing, cooker top etc. and I take a photo of it - not its surrounding mess, just the area I want to tidy. I then make it lovely and then take the picture again showing the spankingly shiny, clutter free bit of my house. I don't know why but this amuses me highly and helps me concentrate on the bit I want to get done and not get sidetracked. If the whole room is a mess the one bit I do visually disappears into the chaos, and having a photo makes the change for the tidier much more satisfying. My DD thinks it's hilarious, and DH thinks I'm nuts, but it works for me!
