off to work shortly. got a busy weekend this weekend. must sort out christmas shopping, christmas cards.....feeling enthusiastic at the moment about it..will have worn off by tomorrow!

my first post on this thread!

Im just trying to write out my shopping list as were off to morrisons this morning. On my list have added the highly rated Stardrops that I was reading about on these boards last night, sounds too good to be true but so many people cant be wrong so il give it a try this afternoon when the baby is sleeping.

morning all
loads to do today going to iceland to get party food with some vouchers i got from a survey then need to get my nails done then need to come home and have a good clean as DH is bringing someone home from work to get changed for their night out then i need to collect all kids come home and then drop DH friend and another pick up at lakeside
just checked the bank and i hvent been paid for the weeks work i did the other week so have emailed them to find out what is going on
feeling quite festive now

Getting geared up for school Christmas dinner. They still haven't sorted the heating system so we've been working for six/seven weeks now in a very cold school. Other schools close under such conditions, I wonder if that would make the powers that be sit up?
Still got another week to go, I can't believe the term only ends next Friday... it's flying by though.
Not nearly sorted for home Christmas, but school is well under way.
Going to take DD down to My sister's tonight, taking all the Milton Keynes pressies in the same journey. We're probably seeing her family (9 Y.O. & 5 Y.O. twins) over Christmas, but its not planned yet.
Secret Santa today, I drew the boss. How difficult is that?
£5 limit which is good for the imagination.

That reminds me Aussielass, I was having a play on Google Earth last night. I typed in Lamb Island, Queensland. It zoomed me right there all the way from my parent's house in Birmingham. What an interesting looking bit of Australia. You can see all the houses on the island Which one's your's Aussie ?:)

Busy morning today. Have to take dd to a dance exam (grade 1, modern dance;) ) for 8.30. Hopefully she'll be back in school by 10.30. I've also got to do a farmshop -we're out of carrots
