May be fit for work is really "may be fit for work with the cooperation of the employer" the bold bit is the important bit. It is good, IMHO, that the fit note allows the GP to say that the patient falls into the grey area between totally fit for work and totally unfit for work.
But as I said this discussion has been about the unfit for work category but don't let that stop you definatelynotwise.0
