Hi
I enthusiastically bought a big thing of value mushrooms as they were the same price as the much smaller pack I normally buy, but I am left with an excess I don't know what to do with? They are quite small button mushies, not as small as baby buttons, but much smaller than average...
Any ideas for recipes very welcome...
