My relatives opened a TSB account back in December 2020. They did this during the Seasonal Boost. Both have had their bonuses paid, but in October had the actual transactions declined. They have both raised claims as no reason for these to be declined as they did open via Quidco.

On your website it clearly says bonuses would be paid once transactions have been confirmed and also this was confirmed via support ticket. Why then has the transactions now been declined but bonuses paid?
    Hi,

Can you get them to contact us on customersupport@Quidco.com from their registered email addresses then we can have a look at that and see what has happened -Summer

Cashback is paid for Asda grocery home deliveries of £40 or over (existing customers).

Is cashback still honoured, if when they deliver the order some items are out of stock, lowering our spend to below £40?
Example; We placed a grocery order yesterday for £43 and which has tracked OK, but this morning when delivered, 2 items were out of stock which have reduced our final bill to £35.

We have not changed our order since checking out, and it was Asda that could not fulfil the delivery.

    Hey,

I'm afraid that the cashback may be declined as the order was reduced in cost after the delivery unfortunately. We apologise about that -Summer

Did the Tesco £15 boost if spend over £65 on 31 October. I also would have qualified for the £10 spooky boost.

Now looking back at screenshots the representative has provided, there are some VERY specific T&C which I did read but didn't see the "free from" part. So bascially if I'd have included 1 free from item I would have got £25 boost. Now I get nothing.

Quidco are fast having very dodgy and making odd terms and conditions, I suspect to delibrately catch people out. Everytime I do anything through there I suspect it won't go through for some reason.

I can't be the only one. I think its time to try some other cashback sites

    Hey,

You would qualify for both if you had purchased any of the live retailers on the spooky boost also. As long as you made an eligible purchase, this should be fine 👍

We would advise to look under the 'Online Cashback Rates' to see what items are eligible for cashback and if any items were, you would qualify for that rate and the £15 boost for Tesco also -Summer

I have had a claim from December 2020 for an insurance policy purchased from Simple Landlords. Strangely it tracked twice and checking on it now I see that one of them was declined while the other is waiting for the retailer decision. Is there any chance that Quidco can give Simple Landlords an elbow in the ribs? I think that they might have thought that rejecting one was the end of the matter. It has been over half a year now.
    Hey,

Thanks for this comment! Can you send us an email on quidcosupport@quidco.com and we can have a look into that for you? 😊 -Summer
    Hi,
I did as you asked but nothing appears to have been done 4 months on. Its frustrating having to wait for the retailer when I have all the evidence of a genuine transaction. Is this what quidco is doing?

Why do some retailers make you wait so long for cashback ?
I took put two motor insurance policies  (sheilas wheels and esure) in September with cashback (total £75) expected in April
I find this an unacceptable length of time and assume (hope) that this 7 month delay is not down to Quidco ?

I bought some toiletries from Bubble T last year and theirs was 23 months!!! 16 months later, it was declined 'Apologies, the retailer has declined your cashback. We're sorry to tell you that this retailer does not accept cashback claims. We're unable to investigate this further for you.'  Now use TCB as things seem to get paid quicker and track more often

It's standard for annual policy type purchases like insurance (same with any cashback site). It's to make sure you keep the policy and don't cancel it as soon as you've got the cashback.

Currys have some good prices (if you want the items anyway) and good cashback rates on Quidco. I know 3 people who placed orders, not one has had cashback tracked to show in google account. I know all about the making sure nothing blocking it in browser etc.

Has anyone else had this issue or got it to work... up to 6 months for claim to be processed with quidco if you wait!
