whats going on with the cashback tracking lately? ive made 2 purchases this week. one on great magazines which clearly shows £5.60 cashback, tracked at £4 and then just now a new iphone se contract through mobile phones direct. new inscreased cashback of £45 for all iphone se contracts... tracked at £42... 
terrible that every time i go through quidco i have to raise a claim. think i'll  be switching to topcashback for my next lot of purchases. i still have had an answer on a claim raised in January!

Problems with Quidco Compare not tracking. I took out car insurance via Quidco Compare for the £35 cash back. Each time I got to the payment page on the insurer's website it just stopped until I hit refresh, then went straight to the payment page OK. I clicked through a new quote from Quidco about 3 time to see if it was me, but the same thing happened each time. In the end I just refreshed the page and paid.

Now nothing has tracked on Quidco and you can't raise a claim for Quidco Compare. The C/S agent said compare transactions can take upto 90 days to track.

Anyone else had this problem?

My Quidco Compare car insurance cashback from Friday 5 June has not tracked.

When I go to raise a claim it says I cannot raise a missing cashback claim for Quidco Compare car insurance.

How do I raise a claim to ensure this cashback is tracked?

I can't withdraw anything from my Quidco account. When I mouse-over the "Withdraw" button beside any of the options, the mouse pointer changes to a little red crossed-out circle and I can't click the button. Any ideas why? None of the reasons in their FAQ article apply.

See my post above yours. I did it via live chat, agent said it can take 90 days to track. I have a reminder on my calander!

Possibly because the amount is less than the minimum for your type of voucher (if it is a voucher) and/or they have set aside an amount for your annual retention fee?

No, there's definitely enough in there to withdraw, and it's not the retention fee. None of the possible reasons listed in their FAQ apply. I've contacted them.
