    I echo the above sentiments.

The TSB cashback offer promised to make payments after 3 months.

Now everyone seems to be expected to have to raise a claim, and then wait for a further 6 months, to get their cashback payments for transactions that you now admit were all declined in error.

So roughly people will now be having to wait for a total of around 8 months after the original transaction.

    Not good enough! :(
  • Re tsb debacle that is still not fixed I wonder if the ‘fix’ will be the affiliate network just let’s all the declined cashback grind on that are just triggered it seems by a computer programme set at two months, then after 90 days they wake up and process the cashbacks as per t&c as if nothing had ever happened ( the false declines) and then all the claims become history!?

Joseph seems to have gone into hiding. His assurances have not materialised.

    Hi Guys,

We have been able to escalate this matter with the affiliate network in question. It does appear to have been an error on their part that they are currently working to roll back the declines. I can confirm the checks have not taken place yet, and will go through at the 90 days stated. This was an error on the affiliate network's end, so the retailer''s haven't yet checked these and sent over any declines or approvals.

We are keeping in contact with them until this has all gone through as normal, and keeping a very close eye on it all! At the moment I haven't had word on how long this will take to reflect in you're accounts, but please be assured I will be updating everyone as soon as I hear back about that. Thank you so much to everyone who contacted and raised claims as this really helped us drive the point across to the network and had this looked into with urgency

We can't share the details of any third party network's we work with, as they aren't customer facing and only deal with ourselves as part of the business relationship. Please be assured we are now on top of this and I will keep you informed on any updates we receive.

Just to keep this in the limelight.

So checks will take place after 90 days from account opening.

The affiliate is responsible for the declines being reversed and this to be shown in Quidco’s OWN website/our Quidco accounts!? Thought Quidco would be responsible for what is shown in its own company website not a third party?

My 90 days for first account opened and affiliate decision is in about two weeks from now.

So how about get it sorted now and not give an open ended timeline? Please.
  • It may be just me, but every time I shop at Argos via Quidco (I Check to see if it is listed for cashback first) I pay with my card and some I collect some are delivered. However they never track and when I put in a claim it is always declined. Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you clean your cookies immediately before each purchase? My Argos purchases have all tracked. I religiously clean cookies before each purchase.

@ Quidco, not wanting to read through lots of previous posts what is the current position regarding apparent automatic declines after 2 months despite having done more than double what published T+C stated had to be done.

04 Dec 19 TSB Current Accoun Declined £50.00

When I click My cashback has been declined and then list of merchants cannot see TSB

Edit as if by magic have just noticed it is back as tracked

04 Dec 19 TSB Current Account Tracked £50.00

  • Can anyone tell me, I’m buying a tv from curry, where it says online cash back rates on quidco's app, do you know if you can you order online, go to the store, pay and collect it? Or do you have to pay for it in full online and have it delivered? I am unable to get one item delivered, but I can reserve both in one store, but I don't know if reserving would still be classed as online order. It has one rate for buying specific item, but is that online and delivered only as it gives a different rate for reserved in another section. I need to buy the two items together on one receipt too and that's why I can't just order one online and collect the other.  Collecting would be best for me too and I don't want to mess it up as the cash back will really help me to pay for it. I need to order it at the latest tomorrow which doesn't help. Thanks for any help given
