  • Quidco cut me out of my account without warning not even telling why when I had money to be paid. Guess what happens because they did that. I now use topcashback and will continue to do now. Lesson to be learnt by the company respect people and they will use you. You don't there is always another option and you go bust.

  • I have had the same problem, each time i log on to Quidco i make sure i clear all cookie, history etc but it seems that when you make purchases via them some are tracked and others are not. i have purchases dated back to 2019 and now i am being told that these purchases are being declined without any explanation as to why. Surely, this is miss-selling? Quidco are responsible for the promotions they advertise on their website for other companies and so they should be responsible  and compensate genuine declines from the retailer. it just seems all too easy for Quidco to hide behind this. The public are making a purchase based ont he promotion advertised and then are not getting the promotion through no fault of there own. Can this be right..?

    Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated please.

    So sorry to hear that you're having these issues! I'd advise having a look through our tracking tips and tricks article here to help get purchases tracked in: https://support.quidco.com/en/articles/4126250-tracking-tips-tricks . If you ever have a claim declined you'd always receive a decline reason for this which we receive from the retailer. 

    Sadly, the cashback is never guaranteed as this is reliant on the retailer to pass over the cashback to us so that we can pass this onto you but, we ill of course do all that we can to get this for you. I'd love to take a look into your account further for you and see what's happening, please could you drop an email over to Socialsupport@quidco.com -Joe

    How long are purchases normally taking to track? I’ve made 2 purchases today from Boots with the special 25% cashback rate. Neither have tracked yet. I made another purchase from a different company via Topcashback and it tracked within an hour.

    Boots typically take about 24 hours to track into your account, and if this has not tracked, a 'Missing cashback claim' would be needed to ensure that this tracks 😊
