Different retailers have different payment speeds and some do take longer than others to confirm cashback.
If you would like further clarification on this or would like this payment speed double checking, please contact our customer support team and they will be more than happy to look into this for you.

I have Debenhams in-store cashback activated and my purchase hasn't tracked. I tried to create a claim but received the following "
Unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant."
If you aren't, then who will be?
I also have 2 Cotswold In Store purchases from November 2014. It is still "tracked". When I can expect to get paid?ally.0 -
Last Sunday 1st November I went through quidco to U Switch and took out the November collective EoN switch with £21 cash back for dual fuel.
I received confirmation 1/11/15 from USwitch that everything was going ahead, so 2/11/15 checked back on Quidco and saw it had not tracked
I raised a claim on the claim form expecting to get acknowledgment, however, today on checking, it has still not tracked, there is nothing in my support inbox to show my claim and now I try to raise the claim again, it comes up with a statement, there is no sign of any purchase in the past nine weeks, yet when I claimed on the 2/11/15 it accepted it ?
Your system does not allow for another way of contacting anyone, so can you look into this please ?

Hi @asajj,
I am sorry to hear your in-store cashback has not tracked. You cannot raise a missing cashback claim for this on your account, what you have to do is send a copy of your receipt to our in-store team at instorecashback@quidco.com and they will be able to assist with this.
If you mention your delayed cashback too they can also help with that.

I am sorry to hear you have experienced this problem. As you say you raised a claim you should be able to see the claim in your activity in the 'your claims' section. If not, please contact our support team via your support tab and they will be able to help with this.

Is there a problem with Quidco at present? Used to be very prompt but seems that any decent cashback is forever delayed. Post Office Credit Card, ESure Car insurance, Tesco home insurance. All delayed. Worrying, over £100 in there0

There have been a few issues with the site recently that have arisen from the updates to our payments system. However this shouldn't be affecting any of the payment speeds for our retailers. If you like, you can contact our support team via your support tab and they will be able to look into your cashback for you.

For the 4th time now my account is on hold. What is going on? Its off hold or a day and then its straight back on. I know you are updating your payment systems but this is getting beyond a joke. I love Quidco and have done for over 7 years but even I am getting to the point where I worry about using you.Moving on up

It seems hundreds of people have had their transaction histories wiped including tracked clicks awaiting payment and Clicksnap receipts wich have been submitted but not yet paid have dissappeared. It's the Same for Checkoutsmart....
What are you doing about it ?0 -
Just had an e-mail "cash back confirmed", don't remember that purchase ! Checked account - was actually paid out a month ago. !!!!!! !!0
