    Dear Quidco Company Representative,

I took advantage of a £100 cashback offer for an iphone 4S contract with vodafone through phones4u back in July (2012).

At the time I queried why the cashback was tracked at only £50, but was later told this was the normal process.

A couple of months later, payment was made for only £50. I raised a claim which was declined, and a further claim raised to which I provided a screen shot (to the admin team) of the offer taken at the time, as well as my order reference number. This has also now been declined without any meaningful explanation why.

It's frustrating having to wait for cash back payment anyway, but when it's not processed for the correct amount and with no obvious way of getting it rectified, my hope is that by contacting you and explaining the situation in this forum that it may be sorted out.

Please advise why the cash back wasn't paid for the correct amount in the first place, and what can be done to get this resolved.

    Regards
    Mike

Buying Endsleigh Motor Insurance through Quidco?

For three evenings I have been trying to buy a policy and used IE9, Mozila and Chrome all to no avail at the end up pops

    An error has occured.
The error has been logged and will be investigated.
I have telephoned Ensleigh whose solution would certainly loose any chance of being paid. Any idea how to proceed?

    Dear Quidco rep

I raised an ebay electronics claim on 31st July as cashback had not tracked.
On 10th August quidco updated to say they would put claim on hold, and would update me when claim was being submitted to ebay.
21st October and no update, its alomest impossible to work out how to email you guys direct.

    Dear Quidco rep
This is a moan! Really fed up with Quidco. I have a substantial amount of cash back due and there seems to be problems with all of them. I'm fed up of having to raise claims for legitimate transactions and then being told to wait 6 months for cash back of £2. I know it is extra money that you wouldn't get otherwise but they charge £5 fee and customer services are terrible.

    Hi Quidco,
member for over 5years, so know what i am doing and how to use your site.
12 May 2012 purchased car insurance with More than online, with £50 cashback claim. This had been showing as tracked for a long time. Last week get a quidco message saying its declined. for some reason your site will not let me process a declined cashback claim.
rather disappointed as i cannot contact you anyother way. i am hoping you can help, as this is my 2nd declined cashback for a significant amount and hence dont want to lose more confidence. can you help me?

    Good Afternoon,

@Matthew92 - I am pleased to hear that! If you need any further help please just let me know.

@DonnySaver - I'm sorry to hear that your cashback has been declined. Please could you confirm if someone from our Administration Team is looking in to this for you so I can help you further. If not, I will be happy to look into this for you.

@houseofpat - Please could you confirm your user ID or email address so I can check that for you in your account. It sounds like someone is looking into this for you but I will check this to make sure that we are on the case.

@d4v34 - I'm sorry to hear that this purchase failed to track. Please could you raise a ticket on the following link so we can help you further with that.

@MichelleMPointon - I am pleased to hear that! I apologise for any confusion and inconvenience caused on this occasion.

@mwb77 - Hi Mike, I'm sorry to hear that as it should have correctly updated at a later date. Please could you create a ticket on the following link so I can help you further.

@aylesby - Sorry to hear that. However, this sounds like it is an error at the retailers end on this occasion. Please try clearing your cookies and cache in your browser settings as this should help. If not, please try contacting the retailer as it does sounds like an error at their end.

@kph100 - Cashback claims for eBay Electronics should take around 4 months to be processed. Therefore, please allow up to the end of November to receive this cashback.I hope that helps.

@henmuffin - I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy so far with the service you have received from Quidco. If you feel any transactions are delayed then please raise a ticket on the following link. We do only retain the first £5 cashback you earn each year, so this is not taken from you and we only do this if you use Quidco in that year. I hope that helps.

@mutley74 - Sorry to hear your cashback was declined as that is the last thing we want. Please could you raise a cashback claim on the following link so we can help you further. This should allow us to see why you are unable to raise a claim and help you further.

    Thanks!

  • Why on earth have I got to use Martin's forum to contact Quidco? Why isn't there an e mail on their site for members to use? Why is there a members help centre page with a "Contact" button that doesn't make contact just allows two drop down boxes which certainly don't answer my question?

SAINSBURY'S BANK cashback. I took insurance out in June with £70 cashback. My activity shows I must verify my purchase by putting in details. I have done this on several occasions but nothing changes on my Activity page. Please QUIDCO LOOK INTO THIS

    Rosie,

I have tried this link and get to the declined cash back link. This link just keeps reverting back to step 1 each time i input details on step 2 and getting me nowhere. :o

I had been trying in vain to find an email to email you the problem and get someone to answer my query. After more than 6 years Quidco member i have had 2 big claims "declined" despite following protocol etc., and getting a bit peeved with customer service now, or lack of it.
please can you advise if there is anyway i contact someone at Quidco via email of a direct contact you link where i can describe the problem.

Hi Rosie, two things : Swiftcover has tracked on my account even though we only clicked through for a quote, we didn't take out a policy with them in the end.

Secondly, Sainsbury's home insurance shows as a transaction on the drop down list but didn't track, I raised a claim for it a while ago but wondered why it didn't track. We did previously have insurance with sainsbury's but did not auto renew, I set up a whole new policy with different benefits and a different direct debit, it doesn't say new customers only xxx
