    Sycol1: We keep both negative and positive reviews on our site. We only remove them if they have incorrect information on or if they are defamatory. If you raise a ticket and outline that you have a screen shot showing different terms and conditions, we will be able to look into it further for you.

    @sec79: If you are a free member you will receive all of your cashback.

    @Geordiepip: We had a technical issue regarding the auto awarding of this offer. We have resolved most members now. If you are still waiting for your bonus please raise a ticket.

    Lolasmom: An incorrect policy number will result in your cashback being declined. Can you please raise a ticket outlining that you only have an 8 digit number and that your policy number on your claim needs to be edited.

    Nina1607 & Jenniewb: Can you please raise a ticket stating: FAO Brad Nina1607/Jenniewb then the date that you made your post regarding your O2 cashback. I will personally look into this for you.

    I had something strange come up earlier, when checking the App to see if any stores have come back, I saw a nearby Tesco available to check-in, so after going there to check-in (lunchtime), I found the first screen saying I could check-in, but click on the store, the check-in button had disappeared.

    Strange.

    (And checking it now, seems the button is back, but is only doing a few stores miles away, ignoring closer stores, how strange)
  • I made a purchase of vodafone sim only deal £25 a month with 150 cashback using the inbuilt facility available in Quidco site and it didn't track the purchase therefore I made a claim and after waiting for almost 4 months I got a reply that the cashback is declined from vodafone as they couldn't recognise the purchase was made from quidco.

    How on earth this is possible as I purchased the deal from quidco itself not even by going in vodafone site through quidco and do it. this is completely rubbish reason and It has now increased my monthly phone bill to double which is totally unfair.

    I booked some flights this evening with Fly Thomas Cook, and the cashback for long haul flights is meant to be £10, but it's only tracked at £8?

    I'm sorry to hear that your cashback was declined by the retailer, but just to clarify, you did not buy the package through us, we simply referred you to the page on the Vodafone site that had the deal which you had built. We will be able to look into this for you if you raise a ticket. The team will be able to assist and hopefully get a positive outcome :)

    When exactly did you make your purchase? The rate was at £10 only for a few days between 18-22 July, it dropped back to £8 again from midnight last night. If you made your purchase before 11:59, please send the team a ticket and they will be more than happy to have this amended :)

    I sent a message to Q 2 days ago asking how to make a HCP Claim. It said I would get a reply within 24 hrs - still nothing?

    Perhaps I should have gone with Topcashback instead?
    I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

    Got reply at 13.19 saying QUIDCO do not do Highest Cashback Promise anymore. Oh well Top cash Back in future for me then.

  • Guys - didn't expect this but quidco has paid me the cashback as a goodwill gesture and got the email today that it will be credited in my account in 3 days.

    Happy with the way quidco handled the issue - really appreciate - will stick to quidco for sure
