Hi Leanne
I've tried uninstalling, restarting the phone and re-installing but it's doing the same
I also booted up the quidco app on my nexus 7 and it seems to be doing the same (missing out shops)
Screen-shot of when I filter on "check-in" only in the map view.
I've been having the same problem and I am not far away from you.0 -
Quick question, bought a phone on dialaphone, tracked no problem, its just that i realised i've ordered wrong colour handset!
Question is, is it better to ring tomorrow (Monday) and cancel the whole order and reorder? or if i ring, i don't believe its a problem to change colour, as i've said i dont want delivery until Thursday, but will contacting put my cashback into doubt?
Thanks0 -

Hi guys,
Sorry for the delay in responding, please check out the answers below;
@Araboo27 Can you raise a claim for this declined transaction? Then we can chase up the full amount and get this sent over to you.
@Kite2010 I have asked our mobile check in guys about this and they have confirmed that a number of retailers have been removed. That list is as follows, but if you notice any retailers who aren't on that list, but have been removed, just let me know and I'll look at it in more detail;
Boots
Dorothy Perkins
Footlocker
Lloyds Pharmacy
Maplin Electronics
Miss Selfridge
The Perfume Shop
Radley
River Island
Superdrug
Superdry
Thomas Pink
Topshop
WHSmiths
@stulaunch Contacting them and changing the order in anyway will cause the cashback to become declined. The retailer will usually only pay if there has been no involvement from them other than processing the online sale. I'm sorry that we wouldn't be able to help with this.
I hope that helps, see you all soon,

Question regarding Santander cashback - how long should this be expected to take? The accounts were opened up last year. My account was paid up within a month or so, the rest of my family are still waiting months down the line.quidco_Company_Representative wrote: »Boots

Quidco Rep! Contacted you 3 times about a QVC transaction, tracked 7/8/12, contacted you about Christmas 12, then twice since. My £16.45 tracked, then nothing.... Raised support ticket upon support ticket, with no joy (keep getting told to wait). QVC no longer deal with quidco, have been in touch with QVC, who tell me, after consulting their affiliate network, that it's been paid. And to contact quidco?????? Can you shed any light on it?
Contacting quidco is easier said than done, as you click "my cashback has not confirmed" select retailer, select transaction -then there are no further options. (Grrrrrrrrrr).
Just for info, I have transactions with Nationwide, QVC, Laura Ashley, mighty deals and one other, the "guesstimated payable dates for all" have gone from 7 July to 23rd July since Sunday. ;(]Mortgage 1. At start £46,000, may 1996 jan 11 £27363.58 :mad: Dec 11 £25,289.00 December 12 £21,882.68

Anyone else finding that Quidco have become too big for their boots.
I am feeling really upset about recent communications with Quidco.
Firstly, their reviews section isn't genuine. They delete any reviews that show them in a bad light, with the excuse that they are deleting the review because someone is helping with the problem - they don't help ! All I get is condescending and sarcastic comments from unnamed people. I have actually made over £600 from them over the past three years, but most has been on things I have paid over the odds for or wouldn't have bought otherwise.
Take my National Lottery experience. I stopped playing the Lottery a couple of years ago, but was tempted into resurrecting my regular numbers through Quidco's offer of "pay £10 into your account and buy your first ticket to get £3 cashback". The terms and conditions did NOT say that it must be a NEW account, but after I had spent several hundred pounds, the terms were changed to state that it must be a new account. If I query this, I just get told I haven't read the terms - well I did, I took screen grabs, and it was only changed AFTER I pointed out the flaw.... and I know that people are still claiming and getting their £3 cashback EVERY time they pay £10 in.
Also, Click to Save is riddled with so many petty terms, it is a waste of time, you will always end up buying something that isn't quite as per description, and the offers are always only on items that are overpriced anyway.
So I apologise to all the people who I told to join Quidco. It was great when they were a small company and two young Sheffield lasses sorted any problems out (Rosie and ???). Now Quidco has got too big. The customer doesn't matter. Stress stress stress.0 -

Now at 25th July.... I give up! Agree with the poster above, used to be ok, when you could actually contact customer services.]Mortgage 1. At start £46,000, may 1996 jan 11 £27363.58 :mad: Dec 11 £25,289.00 December 12 £21,882.68

I have a basic Quidco account. If I buy items using clicksnap, will I receive all cashback or will the first £5 be retained by Quidco? Would be grateful if anyone knows the answer please as I'm struggling to find the answer. Thank you0
