No luck with JackpotCity. Raised a claim and Quidco says an average of 2 months but been over 3 now. Checked reviews on other cashback sites and it looks like this is basically a no hope, no one seems to get paid.
Quidco why do you still offer this company? Terrible Reputation.0 -
im having trouble with hastings direct cash back , i set up 2 car policies one in March the cash back should have been £50 the my oh's policy in may that should have been £41 cashback, after a bit of troubl the march one has finally been paid but at £41 but theres no sign of the other money, ive contacted hastings who say they are looking into it but to be honest im more inclined now to use topcashback especially as i believe they will match quidco amounts and they certainly pay out a lot quicker.
Hi CHRISSYG,
I am awaiting an update on the second set of policy details that you sent through last week. I will let you know as soon as I have more information. If you have a query over the amounts can you please send me the details so that I can follow up. socialmedia@hastingsdirect.com

Hi, i've tried but it just tells me they have been taking an average of 6 months to pay xx0 -
I upgraded to Sky Fibre Broadband and had to raise a claim because it wasn't tracked, just received their response "Response from Merchant. Enquiry Unsuccessful - Transaction cannot be traced"
Is that the end of it, can they get away with this or is there anything else I can do?
I wouldn't mind so much but the Fibre is half the speed promised so the whole transaction has been a scam!0 -
Just a quick question, it says 30% cashback on ebay electronics,
"30% for winning an eBay auction or Buy It Now item. This amount is based on eBay revenue - not on the price you pay."
What does this exactly mean?
I want to buy a new GPU for my PC that costs £160, would I get 30% off that price?0 -

No - you get 30% of the money Ebay earn from the sale - so about £3.0 -

It means you will get back 30% of the fees eBay charge the seller. You will not get back 30% of the selling price.
So for your GPU costing £160 the eBay revenue fees would be about £8 (5%), so you would get back from Quidco 30% of £8 which would be £2.40.
See this page to calculate likely eBay revenue fees http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/businessfees.html0 -
