    Hi Quidco

Please help by sending me a contact email address so I can send you a claim for a transaction that was started & tracked on 1 April (which can be seen in my account Holiday Inn / Int...), which has now disappeared overnight (as of 10.11.12). None of your dropdowns come back with a satisfactory answer/resolution to my query.

Purchased two items via Argos Reservation, the items tracked on my account within hours but asked for a verification, which I have been trying to do for 6 days - this message appeared in the message box No Amount? (Your reserve and collect purchase has tracked at no amount. You will need to verify your purchase in order to receive your cash back. Please verify this order before thirty days exceed the sale date.)

Now I receive a message from Quidco saying did I pick up the same day (well you only have until the next day to collect or the reservation is cancelled) if so I would not be eligible for cash back.

Seems like a change of goal posts! Starting to wonder from what I read on here if it is worth the hassle of using the site if by clicking and purchasing via Quidco cash back is not honoured then what is the point of using the site!

  • Would I be fine adding my mothers cards to my list of in-store cashback cards?

    she cant use the internet

    Good Evening!

@MrOrchard – Yes, you would need to wait at least 3 days before raising a cashback claim to get this tracking manually as it can take that amount of time to track in to your activity page. If you need any further help doing this please let us know.

@BarryT- Have you raised a ticket so we can look into this for you? We should be able to investigate and sort that out for you if you do on the following link.

@weebit – Unfortunately, this means you would only be eligible for cashback when you purchase a flight with a hotel and/or car hire. If you purchase a flight on its own, you wouldn’t receive any cashback. I hope that helps.

@bcgraeme – Sorry to hear that. It sounds like we are unable to see this transaction on your account. If you confirm your email address or user ID either on here or my private message I will check your account to see if we can help you further.

@mwb77 – That sounds like we are looking in to this for you as Jamie works in our Administration Team and they work with our affiliate networks and retailers. As soon as we have any updates on your Vodafone purchase we will of course write to let you know.

@rick@findthatfuchsia – We’re not aware of any issues in relation to cashback with Thomas Cook at the moment. We did momentarily have a few tracking issues but this is now all sorted and cashback should be processed as normal so don’t worry about that.

@Crazy Diamond – Sorry to hear that this didn’t track. However, when you raise a claim the processing time will be different for each retailer as we have to wait to hear a final decision regarding the cashback from the retailer and network involved. This takes around 6 months to be processed for AA UK Breakdown. This should get the cashback tracking as normal. However, it is completely up to you whether you want to cancel this and purchase the policy again if you feel that the cashback might be declined.

@Meadows – Yes, a blue box should appear on your home page once you are logged into ‘My Quidco’. As far as we know this should now be fixed!

@moiket – Hello, sorry to hear that. It’s probably the case that this was tracking with no amount as what we call a ‘lead’ rather than a transaction. You should be able to raise a ticket on the following link. I hope that helps.

@mbdcrash – Yes that is fine, you can register up to 15 cards for in-store cashback. Please be advised that the cashback would track back to your account so you might need to transfer this over to her once it becomes confirmed!

    Have a lovely evening,

Well I guess I won't be seeing that little blue box as the purchase I made was on the 14th and you are now trying to tell me the offer was only until the 13th!!! Ummm a change of Goal Posts or you do not update your site as I did not look to purchase via your site until the 14th (not even on your site on the 13th) so the offers seen on any given day should be current offers and not past offers!

  • Hi Rosie,

Thank you for your reply - my user name is the same, bcgraeme.

I'm very surprised you are unable to see this transaction on my account because I can!

I look forward to hearing further from you.

    Regards,

  • Purchased breakdown cover on 19th Sept. (£50 cash back) when Greenflag was highlighted as being a new 'faster payer' however, it now seems when I try to put a claim in to see where my payment is I get a message that it takes 6 months to pay out... how on earth is that justified as being a 'faster paying' company?!

Hi Quidco Rep and Aviva Rep

Well my cashback from my Aviva Insurance purchased on 9th June has still not been paid by Quidco, I was advised by Aviva it would be paid mid November. Aviva now saying it wont be paid until the end of December.

What is going on? wasnt impressed with Quidco, now not happy with Aviva, lost confidence with them promising payment which hasn't materialised

    Hi Rosie,

I'm still so confused re my Aviva Home Insurance claim. I wrote to the Aviva representative on here, who was extremely helpful and e-mailed me regarding the claim. The last e-mail I received from him on the 5th November, he told me:

    Hi –

We have agreed the cash back claim so it is now just waiting Quidco approval.

But it is still saying 'Claim Raised' on Quidco's site. I am completely flummoxed now as to when I can expect the £48 from Quidco.

Can you shed some light on this please Rosie?
