    I have the same issues as you. Purchased Npower in Jan of this year, tracked but so far no pay. And now, the amount being tracked has reduced from £45 to £30- the latter being the amount of the current offer for single fuel.
    I have requested Quidcare to get one person in Quidco to deal with these problems rather than have one person deal with the issue of non pay and another with the issue of the amount payable.

    Hello,

    I was looking at the terms and conditions of booking a flight on British Airways and saw this:

    "Cashback is paid on any flight when packaged alongside Car or Hotel"

    Does this mean we'll only get cashback if we also book a hotel for car hire at the same time, or can we get cashback on a flight-only booking too?

    I did exactly as you asked and having entered the name of the company for which I have not had the correct cash back tracked, got this reply:

    Unfortunately, we have no record of you making a purchase with Sainsbury's Bank - Home Insurance.
    Each time you visit a merchant via our site, whether or not a purchase is made, a click-through is created in your account to record this.
    You have no click-through on your account for this retailer and unfortunately this means that you were not logged in to your Quidco account on that occasion.
    We’re sorry, but we can’t do anything to help you with this.


    Please can you sort this out as it is ridiculous - your records show I made the purchase, indeed it has been tracked, just that it tracked at the wrong amount.

    Thanks for your responses Lee (Vodafone) and Rosie (Quidco),

    I have done as requested, over 3 weeks ago now and the query is lost on your support colleagues:

    Vodafone: Farzeen doesn't understand the query being asked so not much progress made there either.

    Quidco: A ticket has been raised again, Jamie in support has said it's been escalated to phones4u. I'm not confident as the same happened last time.

    The irony is that this is a phone related offer, yet no one involved has thought to call to discuss to understand!?

    All, beware that Thomas Cook have major issues when trying to book online. The issue is their system, and an error messages advises that bookings cannot be made online!
    Thomas Cook believe that this is an issue derived from visiting the site by ANY cahsback site.
  • I purchased AA breakdown cover a week ago for £165 with the promise of £75 cashback. Unfortunately it did not track so I raised a claim last Tuesday but have heard nothing since.

    When I raised the claim it said I should consider cancelling the policy however on contacting the AA they have told me that this will cost me a £20 admin fee and I only have another few days to do this in.

    I don't see why I should be £20 out of pocket for this and cannot see any way of contacting Quidco on the website about this.

    How long do Quidco take to respond to cashback claims when a purchase has not tracked and doe anyone know if they can be phoned or emailed?

    I would never have purchased such an expensive policy if I had not be promised this cashback and am very reluctant to use Quidco again.

    Thanks Rosie, but when it is working how do I verify, will a box appear by the activity to enter details as there is no option currently (quite new to using the site so never had to verify a purchase before)?

    Looks like npower are serial offenders. I still have not got a resolution for my purchase of boiler cover nearly 6 months ago.
    Quidcare have sent my claim to Npower so let's hope I am pleasantly surprised.

    Update from me on this, according to Quidco, Npower have adjusted the ammount as they think i'm only having Gas supplied.... You would have thought that the supplier could look at their customer data to see that i'm having gas and electric. This should be SO SIMPLE!!!

    So today, at Quidco's request I've sent scans of Npower documents to Quidco so that they can verify with Npower that i'm getting gas and electricity and that I was a totally new customer. Again, surely a simple phone call could sort all of this out???

    I've used Quidco lots, and never ever had a problem, so I hope that this is an Npower issue, and looking at other posters, it might be them, so if I ever get my £100 cashback, I'll be leaving Npower the day after!!

    Good to hear that it's not just me having issues here, and I'll keep you updated. :D
