    Today I made a slight boob.

    I rang EE broadband through the quidco line and placed an order. All went fine and she took my quidco username and email.

    After the call I realised the username I gave her was wrong! The email was right but the username wasn't.

    I immediately logged back into quidco and changed my username to the one I had given EE on the phone. Will my cashback track properly?

  • @Peter668 - It sounds like the retailer has made a mistake with this decline and we will be happy to look into that for you. Please could you raise a ticket and we will contact the network and hopefully get a positive resolution for you.

I did raise my first claim within 7 weeks but as that has been (incorrectly) turned down by Orange - via the Quidco ticket update on 6 Nov - "Enquiry Unsuccessful - Order Cancelled or returned" - I'm now outside the 7 weeks and the link won't let me raise a further ticket. That's why I posted on the MSE Forum - I can't get any further on the Quidco website. Please help! I'm not sure how to pursue this one! Is there another way of contacting Quidco?

  • I purchased a laptop from PC WORLD which QUIDCO offerered a 7% cashback on laptops over £300. I purchased a laptop for £499 which should have given me £34.93 cashback however this was declined. I had followed all the instructions to ensure that the cashback would be paid.

    I raised a claim and sent my order number through and did not hear anything back. I searched my quidco today to follow it up and there are emails asking for the receipt number which I have never been notified of. Its only because I looked that I found them. Also how on earth are you supposed to respond to the emails as there is no reply button anywhere!!! The whole website just sends me round in circles with no way of contacting them.

    Funnily enough my review of PC WORLD on QUIDCO's website has been rejected!!

    Trying to find a page to contact quidco on the site is annoying me as it just tries to give me an answer.

    I want to know I had cashback confirmed today, And the payment run is today will i get my confirmed cashback included in todays run.

    @jasonwatkins - Sorry to hear that. However, I can assure you that once a claim has been approved it can not be declined as it means that the retailer has approved the cashback and we are just waiting to receive it. I hope that helps.

    We're delighted to tell you that your Sky Digital Upgrades (TV and Broadband) cashback claim has been approved and now we're just waiting for them to confirm your cashback.
    Once your cashback is confirmed and received by Quidco, we'll update your claim to "confirmed" status in your Activity Page.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    I'm sorry to tell you that on this occasion your cashback has been declined by the retailer because they cannot track the sale back to your Quidco account. We know that you made a purchase from them but if the retailer is unable to track this back to our site they won't pay us a referral fee to be passed on to you as cashback. In this case that fee has been paid to another referrer due to a cookie from that referrer having been present on your browser at the time of your purchase.

    But i don't want to get in to this all over again because the first cashback claim eventually was paid out and i'm still currently waiting for the 2nd cashback claim which was, apparently, approved on the 27th of September.

    I'm having trouble getting my transaction hisotry sent to me. I've checked the email address is correct, checked my junk box and all other folders and it definitely hasn't arrived. I'ved clicked the send transaction history button several days running and still not got it. Tried to email, but there's no email address on their site.
    How can I get hold of my transaction history??

    While you are logged into your account - click on the help link at the top of the screen. Choose the option for FAQ's from the first box - then 'further questions' from the second. A link to contact them will then appear and you can send a message through the site
